Paid over 6 bucks for a muffin top in a plastic bag and a coffee that was overfilled and had waaaay too much cream. I asked for just one cream. Dam these corporations. I ended up just tossing the coffee, it was gross. Total waste of time and money

The coffee was pretty good. I didnt get a chance to try any other different drink. It was still a pretty good drink! I got a pumpkin white mocha hot. Its cute and convenient.

I ordered the strongest coffee and it tase like watered down coffee w just a hint of the coffee flavor. I took it back and they said they refunded me and they DIDN'T!! When I asked for a receipt I was told i couldn't get one. Not good business or coffee!!

I love this place, but the last couple of times, the baristas don't seem as cheerful and not as welcoming. I dont like waiting 10 minutes for coffee, and feeling like I'm just another face to deal with.

Usually great service and drinks at this location. Today the drinks were super watered down and the staff had horrible attitudes. I wouldn't want the snotty girls who were working today to represent my business.

We went to this coffee stand 2 times and had a negative experience both times. The first time we walked up to the window and theres no drink menu, or tip jar, and the table is sitting in the flower bed. The second time we got honey lattes and the honey wasn’t mixed into the coffee when it was hot so it wasn't sweet and honey clumps were in it. Im a barista and this is one of the simplest mistake you can make. The coffee was okay both times but not something i would try again. Also, everyone’s attitude was horrible and the atmosphere was horrible.
Some things they could do:
- retrain on attitude
- make sure shots are pulling good (somethings a little off)
- retrain on how to make drinks
- play music or louder music
I would not have had a problem if they were nice but no one asked us how we were or made any sort of conversation.
