Young ladies there, attitude isn’t customer friendly and every time I got food it was still cold or it was burned….just disappointed.

Have gone a few more times, consistent quality and service.
The Lavander Breve and Mexi Mocha are standouts for sure.

Always friendly staff, very competitive pricing for a great cup of Java that I prefer over Starbucks! Last two times(out of300) I paid for extra shots I didn't get, but they had newer staff they were training, so I'm sure it was a one off. Keep up the friendly fast service team!

I always get the friendliest greeting at Human Bean. Sometimes, I am indecisive and tell them to surprise me with a flavor combo for my energy, or tell them what flavor profile sounds good, or serve me something that will give me a good kick and they never disappoint. Their drinks are always delicious, I often go thinking I know what I want and then spy a new daily special on the board that looks good and change my mind. They are one of the few places that I go where I order something new as often as I order my favorites because I know I'm never disappointed.

Just ordered. The kid that took my order was nice but the girl that she spoke to about my Tea Lemonade energy drink that rolled her eyes could use an attitude adjustment. Especially when she aggressively wants to collect payment from customers.
