We looked at other reviews the minute we were sat at a table and left. The place was so dead we wernt even sure they were open, and for the prices they were asking for for food it definitely raised some red flags. We ended up going to burgers by the bridge.

One of the servers, Belinda, stole money from my Mom when the system was down and she had to pay cash. We reported her to the resort and security! If the system is down and you can’t use your credit card, be careful and get receipts! The security at the beach resort was really kind and understanding. We got a discount for the theft. Unfortunately, I was going to host a Yoga retreat here, but wouldn’t want anyone to experience this.

We had a party of 10 we made reservations half our table for food before the other half so half our party was done before we got our dinners. Then we were told that they ran out of items we were ordering. We sent some food back as it was over cooked. It was not a great experience

We came for happy hour. We were extremely disappointed with the service and the food. What we ordered per the menu description is not what we ordered. We waited so long we said nothing. The waitress seemed bothered we were there. There was only our party and 1 other table.

This place is just amazing! If you have not been here, it is definitely a must see. The atmosphere and View are just beautiful. A panoramic Lakeview all the way around. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I don't think I have seen a cleaner restaurant. The service and food were also five star. The prices are very reasonable. My waitress Sandra was the best. Definitely a locals Hangout 🏜🏖🏝 (Update) - 11-28-2024, So we came to the nautical over the Thanksgiving holiday. After spending time over at the Turtle Grille our first trip, we decided to have Thanksgiving dinner here. It was an absolutely over the top wonderful holiday experience to remember. Everything was so awesome, we went back to the room, took a nap and raced back over there for happy hour, which lasted until closing LOL Our waiter Josh, Tommy the bartender, of course Barbara our VIP in the front office who secured us a reservation and the best seat in the house , and the entire staff is just amazing. One of the best holidays ever. Today is Black Friday, and we have already voted to go back again, only this time with friends and family for a nice relaxing happy hour along with another beautiful five star meal. We would like to thank the entire staff at the nautical and turtle Grille for a truly memorable holiday weekend. 🦃🎄☺️

Ate in the new beach bar for the 1st time since re-opening. We got the burger/fries and the fish taco plate. The burger is good. Thick, juicy patty and the oinion jam and suace are good. The burger did not come with Bibb lettuce as described on the menu. It had wilted romaine instead. The fries were piping hot with a little crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The fish tacos were regrettable. The chef needs a trip to Baja to sharpen his game on the iconic food of Ensenada. Kale does not add to your taco slaw recipe, and the sauce misses the target big-time. The server was great, and the drinks were tasty, which made the experience enjoyable. Will probably just count on drinks now since we're locals, and there are plenty of other places with great food on the water in Havasu.
