The owner, Solana, is incredibly warm and friendly—often seen with her kids and family, all adding to the heartwarming vibe of the place. She’s clearly a woman with a plan, always championing local artists and creators, and her passion shines through in every corner of the shop. I had the Avocado Open Toast, and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done. The menu is thoughtfully curated, offering everything from espresso and teas to bagels, pastries, and breakfast plates, plenty of comforting options whether you're in a rush or want to sit and soak in the atmosphere. Stop by and experience it for yourself. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Rimrock Coffee Company is the kind of place that makes you want to come back.

Thank you so much for my special order baked goods yesterday! Ordered just one day in advance and it was ready at 6am the next day as promised. Everything was a big hit, special kudos on the cinnamon rolls. I wish I had taken a photo of the order. Thank you Solana, you rock our small town!

Chocolate chip cheese danish paired with a stout dirty chai was a lovely afternoon treat to share. I also like the to go lids. Service was most friendly and welcoming conveniently located on the main strip of town. Big windows, natural light, healthy plants, & a selection of hand made crafts and goods!

This is a really nice, little coffee shop. Good food with lots of alternative/ "healthy" options. Staff is very friendly. Regulars obviously feel welcome. Browse the mercantile, have a cup of coffee and chill.

Amazing, welcoming and friendly atmosphere, with top notch food and drinks! It’s so lovely to see a local establishment that truly has a unique edge for a change! What a wonderful cute little spot!
My wife and I were exploring and stumbled upon this gem. As a coffee shop owner myself in this industry, this is my review on our experience:

Their espresso was smooth with a nice rich and deep crema. Best medium/light roast espresso we’ve had in a while.
The lox bagel was a delicious combination of fresh ingredients and flavor. *Landing a great lox bagel in the desert can be hard. This was a home run.
The turkey sandwich (on gluten free bread available) was not your standard basic lunch meat on bread. It was busting at the seams with flavor and color!
Loved the housemade flower power syrup with hibiscus, lavender and rose. Made for a pleasant ratio of floral and sweet. Did I mention they have Macadamia milk?
Environment was adorned with local art and happy plant life.

Their prices are backed up by their quality and care. You can certainly tell they aim to provide an experience and are invested in their product and their customers.

If you are looking for coffee in the area, just head straight here and you will find relational service, and a quality and excellent product.

This is a real gem! Owners are super-friendly and have wonderful drinks and food. We had their gold brew: smooth and complex and perfect on a hot day! We also tried their bread pudding, which looked amazing and tasted even better! They have a variety of items by local artisans for sale, and a wonderful red rock mural. It’s just a couple minutes off I-17 at the Rimrock/McGuireville exit. 100% recommend!
