Horrible service and food! We couldn’t even finish our food because it was so disgusting. After paying over $200 we have to go and waste another $50 at subway. Everyone was super grump and bothered from the front desk to our waitress. Don't waste your time and money, just go to subway or Sbarro. Very disappointed!

If there was an option for no stars I would rate this cafe 0 stars…immediately the hostess was rude just flat out. Appetizers and meal came out at the same time which ok whatever… the food was flat out disgusting we paid to basically get treated nasty and to just take two bites out of the food. The server didnt even bother to ask if there was something wrong with the food. We spent $200 on bad service bad food. Do not waste your good hard earned money or time..

I loved this place. Thania was our server and she was super nice, responsive, and knowledgeable of the menu. I had a cheese omlette with hashbrowns (they serve breakfast all day) and it was great! My son had a grilled cheese with fries and both were amazing. Grilled cheese is on extra thick Texas Toast. My wife had a Club sandwhich but thought it was just mediocre, but in my opinion ordering a Club at a dine in restaurant is a mediocre choice ? The 80s music was on point. Even our 3-year-old was rockin' out. We will definitely be back.

My wife had the Asian salad today and this is the third time she has eaten it in the last 2 months. Very disappointed with today’s salad. The menu says crisp field greens, savory roasted cashews, mandarin oranges, green onions, fried egg roll crisps, and topped with grilled sesame chicken, and tossed with sweet and tangy Asian dressing. What she got today was iceberg lettuce, mandarin oranges, grilled sesame chicken and tangy Asian dressing. She didn’t get the green onions, or fried egg roll crisps. The first couple of times she had the salad, it included some salad toppings with cranberries and sunflower seeds. This time it was very disappointing.

The food was bland, left my stomach feeling off. Service was cold and uninviting. I would recommend not eating here.

Time travel in that place. It's so dated. In the casino side. The food is a buffet and we didn't realize it so it wasn't the best. But we were sat down immediately as a group of 8. The food was fresh. Our server was amazing as he kept the mimosas going, not bad overall.

The EPIC burrito is one of my favorite items to order. I've tried many items here and have yet to find 1 bad item. Their guacamole is made fresh daily! The refried beans are delish! The service is ALWAYS friendly, ask for Felix, Wendy or Julissa if you need help deciding. Clean and good music. Better than high priced "authentic Mexican" place called Oreos n yes, I spelled it wrong but that's how it's pronounced.

First time eating at Feathers Cafe. The service was very good. The young man at the host stand was very kind. We were greeted with a smile and sat right away. They have a good size menu serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. I ordered the prime rib with veggies and side salad. Came with bread roll and your choice of a side. The prime rib was well cooked just as I asked and very well portioned. Maybe I was very hungry or maybe it was that good. Hahaha. I only paid $20 for thr prime rib dinner. Worth every cent. Recommend eating the prime rib if youre nearby.. located inside the Avi Hotel and Casino..

This was the 3rd Christmas Eve my wife, sister, and in-laws visited the casino after receiving the Avi marketing mailers. When we got to the restaurant at 1:45 we asked the host for a table for 5. She took us back to the empty restaurant and started to move a chair. I stepped in to help her move the table, and she totally lost her composure and yelled at me that I would be kicked out of the casino if I moved the dinner table. This made the meal, gambling, and the rest of the day at the Avi extremely tense because of a deranged host at this empty restaurant.

Incident #1. Hostess was rude and demanded we spilt our party of 6 with 2 children, into two tables. She demanded that our party would be sat on opposite sides of the cafe. We left.Incident #2. The following day, a quarter of our party was already seated and my wife and I walked in to go meet them. As we passed the empty hostess station, the same hostess, yelled from across the cafe, that we had to wait to be seated. Really…. I haven’t been treated so immature, with such consistency since the Army. The only reason for 3 stars is because the waitress who helped out our family was very nice. Hostess, not so much.Safe yourself the hassle and spend the extra 5 minutes on the road and go visit Black Bear Diner. They took care of us and were very hospitable.
