Aioli Gourmet Burgers - Fry's Location

No burgers? How you gonna sell only sides, be in a store and have no burgers. Each time I go no one is at the window and he can clearly see me through the window by goes on the phone or is cleaning the back room? I’ve been here 6 times and only been served once. Hate this and I used to love this restaurant but not here lol. Thanks for making me drive to the only location near me for a good burger and it not be available when I go.

One of the worst burgers I’ve ever had! My mom & cousin got super sick from eating at one of their food trucks. They don’t have a basic cheeseburger with lettuce & tomato. They don’t have mayo or ranch as an option. The meat tastes old. The buns are cold & stale. Super expensive for the extremely low quantity. I wouldn’t eat it if someone paid me.

Not my favorite burger. The meat has a weird taste to it but the pretzel bites and beer cheese was awesome.

This burger place is located inside the Fry's at Camelback and Litchfield Rd. Upside was offering cash back, so I decided to check it out and was very pleased with everything. I had the classic aioli burger and the loaded fries. The burger was nicely cooked and very juicy and the thousand island aioli had a great flavor. The loaded fries had a lot of toppings, all of which mixed together for a great tasting side. I'll definitely eat here again and have already suggested it to a few people.

when they do something right, the food is good. unfortunately, that's rare. we've picked up food from them frequently, but the service and quality have gone downhill. we've had rude service, and no response from contacting corporate. the take home kits (when in stock) are seldom labeled correctly. we went to pick up a new Mexico kit Monday but they were out (and the "cart" wasn't staffed for the holiday), so we picked up an Italian kit to try. except when we go to prepare it at home, it's not the Italian, but something else entirely (bacon & cheese). this isn't the first time they've been mismarked either. they had a wonderful person working there previously, but we haven't seen him since COVID. I've about given up, I am tired of playing "guess what's for dinner" with them.

Don't order online! To order you have to go through Storefront by Doordash. They took my money, but the store never got the order. Doordash keeps saying the store canceled my order. Even though the store never received it. Now Doordash is saying my money has been refunded but it hasn't. And I'm still hungry.
