Excellent food. Love the mole choices here. Great quality food ... above the level of most places.

Great service, staff is incredibly nice! Waited probably less than 10 minutes for food. I had the concha French toast and it was amazing! I also had the watermelon agua fresca which came in a huge glass. It was so fresh and sweet. I will definitely be coming back!

Today we had the opportunity to visit Alebrijes for the first time. We were there for lunch. A neighbor had recommended this restraunt. First, I need to start by saying that they don't serve Sonoran cuisine. Secondly, guests need to be open minded to experiencing new flavors and presentations. This restraunt offers great Oaxaca Cuisine. I come from a line of great Mexican cooks and experiences, which makes me a very demanding guest. I have also traveled extensively throughout Mexico and have experienced food from many states and they all have their very unique differences. We ordered four items: Queso Fundido con Chorizo, Pozole, Enchiladas de Pollo en Mole, and Chiles Relleno. Everything was absolutely delicious and hot. We shared everything we ordered and brought our leftovers home. We had no room for dessert. It was a win, win for us, when everything we ordered had very delicious, distinctive and inviting tastes. The meal presentation was exquisite, very pretty and appealing to the eyes and the stomach. The restraunt was spotless. Waiters were constantly cleaning tables or cleaning something while they waited for orders or down time when they didn't have guests that they were tending to. Dishes were removed immediately from tables once guests were done. The decor and ambience are incredible. It was a very relaxing and inviting ambience. The music was typical of that region. It brought back many memories of my travels in Mexico. The service was great; our waiter was very attentive and pleasant. The service was a little slow, but worth the wait. Once they started waiting on your table, everything was timed appropriately. I believe that they still need to work out some kinks. Maybe through our reviews they will address this concern. For being a restraunt that hasn't been open that long, I believe that they are truly doing their best to make their guests' experiences positive and lasting. We truly experienced a very rewarding and satisfying culinary experience. We will return to try more of the exquisite items on the menu, making room for desserts and beverages. Allow yourselves this culinary experience, you want be disappointed.

Food was ok. Seemed a little overpriced for the quantities. Went during brunch was not that busy. Ordered the empanadas appetizer came out at decent time. They were 5 small empanadas they were good just small bite size we were expecting the regular traditional size for the price. The food took over 30 minutes to arrive. The server was friendly.

This was our first time and we were met with wonderful heart felt Mexican hospitality. Mauricio our waiter was great and explained the dishes. We had the mole chilaquiles, chile rojo, and the molcajete and they were all amazing!
And let me not forget the cafe de olla which was the best I have had.

As someone with origins from Southern Mexico, particularly close to Oaxaca, this place is as close to homemade as you can get in the USA. I stopped by this place when I visited Phoenix, and I will probably be back.

Second time visiting and second time being impressed. The margaritas and food were great both times. Husband had red chili pork and I had spinach and mushroom quesadillas. Kids both liked their meals. The restaurant was also willing to accommodate for vegetarians. Garrett took care of us with phenomenal service during both visits. We love the atmosphere and there was no wait. We’ll be back.

Mauricio was our server, welcomed us with great menu suggestions, brought back childhood memories with the authentic Mexican food by bringing back flavors from my grandmother’s recipes. Although sometimes the waitlist can be long, is well worth it. Once you try their mole or their chapulines will elevate your standards. Mauricio was on point with all our needs, super friendly and keeping a warm environment. Definitely recommend it for special occasions or just occasional breakfast.
