Felt like a bother coming in for a quick bite with 30 minutes remaining until they closed. Watched like a hawk and felt very unwelcome. Good pizza, though.

The person that took our order over the phone for pick up entered the incorrect style of wings. My husband picked up the food. When he arrived home we opened the box and called and the managers response was, he didn’t realize he had the wrong order? I replied NO. It is not our job to check your employees work. He was of no help. We drove 15 minutes to and back. Who feels like driving back the same day for a remake? We simply asked for a credit and he said no.

One of my favorite Barros..... One thing that sucks is don't get there an hour and half before they close some nights its packed and they shut down sections of the store and will NOT let people eat in there they seem more worried on getting the store closed tight on the money

Dismissed my gift certificate and told me it was expired even though the old guy didn't even look at it. I had just received it three weeks prior, ridiculous.

Food is typically always good here. Tonight, I ordered 12 wings and a large spaghetti and waited in then parking lot for the 20 minutes and then grabbed my order. I noticed that the bottom of the wing box was barely warm but I didn’t pay it much mind as I was sick and just ready to get back home. Not only were they cold they were also DRY… which means they were very OLD. All the manager (Dale) could say is “no problem, just bring em back and we’ll replace them.” Also explaining that he’s “helping me out.” I explained how are you HELPING me after I drove to your store, waited 20 minutes for food, drove home and now you’re telling me I have to drive back to you just to get what I originally paid for. Could’ve through in some extra wings, cheese bread, small pizza, anything to make up for your mistake but no, I just need to make sure I bring them back to you(so we know you’re not lying) and we will remake them. No, I’ll take a refund when I return them!
