I was just waiting for my food and I over hear who I think the manager tell the customer that she dislikes Spanish speakers and this is America and that we should speak English!! I was honestly so shocked to hear that. I was quite offended!! I am from a Latino background and I wanted to say well I hate people who claim things that aren’t there like land but I didn’t because I’m the better person. I really think management should be re-evaluated because I’m sure behind in the back in the kitchen she is treating her employees very bad. However I did enjoy the food and I appreciate the IMMIGRANT EMPLOYEES WHO ACTUALLY PUT IN EFFORTS TO MAKE SURE THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED.

So ordered a whopper meal, and two double bacon burgers. Nope, didn't check my bag. I get home and have two juniors in my bag. I had the fries and my drink but definitely not large sandwiches. I called the restaurant several times and every option it just hangs up. Well, were not driving back up there because we don't even have a receipt. Grrrr, not very happy.

I got a long ass peace of hair from that really big lady running the drive thought disgusting such a shame fast food works want top dollar but cant make a proper burger without there nasty ass hair in it.

Pretty ghetto workers. 3 times I had ordered there and I have food either missing or not made correctly. This time it was the new patty melts. Clearly shows in the pictures the bread toasted, got home and it was like white bread out of the package. Tried calling 3 times, hung up with no answer. Rather go to the Burger King on Indian School and Litchfield.
They at least hire good people and train them correctly. This location? Not so much. Lost my family’s business.

Used the drive thru at 10 pm. Im pretty sure the double cheeseburger was from lunch and so were the onion rings. The bun was hard as a rock and the rings were petrified. It was completely inedible. My dog wouldn't eat it. He eats poop.

Ordered a bacon cheese burger with everything on it. I did not get that. I got a dry burger, no cheese, 2 tiny pieces of lettues, small onion and a drop of ketchup. No more have it your way, that's gone. Look at the picture, it's pathetic.

Service was terrible tonight. I waited in their drive-thru for almost 30 minutes and then when I went inside, waited another 15 minutes. Looking around, I noticed that they only had a 3 man staff. Now, I don't know if the fast food industry is hurting for personal but during your busiest dinner hours, you should have more than a 3 man crew. Also, after commenting that I waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes and decided to come inside, your employee didn't apologize or explain to me why I was kept waiting. Normally, I go later on at night to this location. I might do that from now on.

Bad service, because when you buy any type of food it is supposed to include napkins and ask you if you want sauce or they just put it on, here at Burger King it has been several times that they do not put napkins or sauce, if they hear they give you at least napkins, what a lack of knowledge in their product. How not to know that if you order a burger for example #7 it has cream when you bite it you stain your lips on the outside of your hands and if you are dressed for a date how do you clean yourself please more criteria
