We went to the store at Camelback & Dysart in Litchfield Park. We had a great experience and it was due to the shift lead, Latonya. She was so awesome! She greeted us and took my mom’s order. My mom wanted her burger as a lettuce wrap and Latonya made a point to let her know that my mom could order any burger as a lettuce wrap. Latonya verified that she got my mom’s older absolutely correct, even making sure the French fries in her order were unsalted! When she even let my mom know that she could order a small combo meal with a medium order of fries.Latonya has wonderful customer service skills. She’s polite, she pays attention to detail, and she’s patient. What a wonder gem you have in Latonya. From now on when we’re in the mood for Car’s Jr burger, we’ll be going to this location because of the great customer service that we received from Latonya.

I can't decide if the highlight here is the food or Latonya. She is by far the nicest presence in a drive through that I have ever encountered. She is crushing it! A friendly greeting, wonderful attitude, and busy, busy, busy! And the food? I've eaten here 3 times now, and the burgers were hot, juicy, and tasty. And the fries, so hot and fresh, I had to wait for them to cool a little before I could munch them down. That is the way they should be! Thank you for doing things the way they should be done.
