Easily the BEST Chinese food I've had EVER!!!!
We stopped by one night and LOVED the food, we came back again just before close (were those people) and they still helped us and everything!!! Will be back many times more.

This place has really good food and the service it is great, but when it comes to order for pick up, it is really bad, they hardly speak and understand english and they give you what you think you ordered,
We ordered some for pick up, we ordered 2 different meals and one of the meals was chicken noodles/chow mein, we got home which we live far, opened the bag and its chicken soup, we called them back and they don't even understand what we're saying and now we have to drive back to re-order our food, also the rice that came with my meal was uncooked, 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
THEY SHOULD GET SOMEBODY WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH TO TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE, THAT IS MY ONLY ISSUE....

This is the best Chinese food I've had in a long time. Great flavor. The employees have always been great also. Yes, everything gets packaged in to-go containers, but who cares?

I have been coming here for years. Quality stays the same, service is great. This is one of the best restaurants in Litchfield and Goodyear. I get my orders to go, but there is seating inside as well. You wont regret it, give this place a try.

I love it here! We frequently get the lunch specials to go, and it is a fantastic value! The food is great, the people are friendly, and prices are very reasonable for what you get! Keep it up!!!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to China Rad cafe and it’s definitely not as good as I remember. Ordered orange chicken and crab puffs to go like a usually do. I got there just as my order was done and placed on the counter. I opened the crab puffs on the way home and they were stale and cold. Hugely disappointing. They used to be fantastic.

This was recommended by a co worker about 7 years ago, we go out of our way for the excellent dishes. I've had close to a dozen different entrees here , beef, pork, chicken, seafood are all on point. Orange chicken like no where else, it's absolutely delicious. Fresh, hot with fast friendly service. Appears to be family-owned which I like...supporting the local small businesses is my thing. Chicken wings hit the spot too!

$80 with Dash Pass and a tip for:

Veggie Chow Mein with 1 piece of broccoli, 1 slice of mushroom, and a bit of cabbage. It was an overflowing portion and tasty, so that's a positive.

Sesame Chicken: tasted like maple syrup. It was so sweet it was inedible. Less than 1/8 teaspoon sesame seeds in the entire dish.

Kung Pao Chicken: overpowering with lemongrass and mediocre but not inedible.

Egg Rolls: ruined by lemongrass. And I LIKE lemongrass. These were inedible.

Very disappointed and no way to get a refund for the Sesame Chicken.

I don't recommend the rice dishes. They use the lowest quality rice and if you're taking a to-go order they normally will not include fortune cookie utensils or soy sauce and napkins. But you are welcome to self-serve those items.
Depending on what time of the week you visit, determine the food, service and portions
