I like churches chicken

Just transferred to the area, decided to go to Church's Chicken but I'll never go back to this location. I usually never have an issue with Church's chickens in Arizona, but this girl at the drive-thru dropped all my money than told me it wasn't her fault, than she had a horrible attitude. If I could rate it a 0 I would. 4:22pm

Bust on a Friday afternoon. Fish sandwich was good, but maybe try the shrimp combo.

Tried to use my rewards today and the lady at the window said I couldn’t use it because I didn’t tell her before my order lol . Then she proceeds to tell me if I want to purchase anything else if I want to use my rewards ? Like be so forreal lady . Why did you scan my code if it wasn’t going to work ? Oh she says people like to just scan it ? Please make it make sense . Next time ask me through the intercom if I have any rewards , I didn’t know we have to remind you .

Make sure your orders right before you leave count your tenders if you have to. They're really cool and they're the ladies do a good job. But they get slammed with a thousand orders at once and it's easy to let one slip through the cracks. Other than that they did great foods always good never had a complaint of bad food there so....

I came to this location at 9 PM because the other two locations near me are always out of chicken by 7 PM strangely. Service was good. The lady that helped us was really nice. Food was good, got home and my order was missing Mashed potatoes. Other than that, I would come back again

Horrible service! Very immature workers with a lack of customer service etiquette. The workers were literally having side bar conversations while on the drive thru mic instead of taking our order....and we waited in the line for close to 10 minutes before they even responded to us to take our order.

Just now starting my recovery from food poisoning from this location.

Place is super dirty inside. Wouldn’t recommend eating here if they can’t keep the place clean.

Our favorite! Chicken was freshly made, staff were efficient and friendly.. Restaurant was clean. They were very busy!!

Okay 3rd time I'm done. 10pc family meal w tenders original. Comes out all dark meat spicy. After waiting 10 extra minutes out front.

This location use to be good. The chicken now has no flavor. Bland....fried okra overcooked sometimes. It use to be better

They didn’t get my whole order even though I restated it 2 or 3 times. Didn’t check before leaving and so of course only half my family was fed.
