Dad's Ribs and Mom's Tacos

This was perfect for my group I fed. They said it was the best catering meal we have had yet. Barbacoa was our fav and the ribs were fall off the bone tender. Sides were also good we have mac n cheese and beans which were our favorite. We then had potato salad and rice which were also solid. Having everything dropped off was convenient and easy. We had everything we need from sauces to utensils. Customer service was also incredible. We will be using again for catering and I recommend you do too.

I catered DR&MT for about 55 people. I ordered two of the 25 person catering order and it was plenty of food. I did add more barbacoa for 25 tacos, we had a little barbacoa meet left over and plenty of ribs left over.

Unfriendly service

Best food truck we have ever had!! The tacos and ribs are by far the best I have eaten. 5 stars and the staff is amazing super friendly. Thank you guys and keep up the amazing work.(Kettlecorn guys)

Had some of their food while they were at my apartment complex, some really good tasting mexican food. Hope they come back to the Camdens.

Potato salad was bland with no flavor, baked beans were “so so” and the pork ribs were just OK. Definitely were not BBQ’d, rather tasted baked and smothered in sauce. Not worth the $16 + tip.

Very tasty!! Good quality tacos

Tonight my husband and I got the chance to try DRAMT cause they where out side of our apartment complex, we thought it was amazing and super convenient they where there! We were gonna cook but after we saw that menu, shoot we immediately ordered. We got the 3 tacos with rice and beans, a sprite, and pina agua Fresca. $27 so not bad at all!
I’ve never had Fresca before and I was blown away super refreshing and mixed with the sprite it was delicious. I loved it so much I went back and got another cup! Who I assume was the mom and owner took out order and was so kind and very comfortable. She went the extra steps to ensure we had the best dinner and we will 10/10 be eating here again.

Delicious food, well priced.

I first want to start by saying Arizona’s barbecue is disgusting but this food truck deserves a restaurant. The ribs were so tender. The sauce is so delicious. I myself got the sampler platter that had three ribs, macaroni and cheese and potato salad. My wife got the beast, which is the Barbacoa quesadilla All the food was exceptional. The customer service was all the way off the chart. And we appreciate it not only the service but the food that was offered you guys keep grinding. We need more barbecue like yours.

Ended up getting food from here while at a local brewery and was definitely happy with the choice. The wife got the barbacoa ramen and I got the sampler plate, money well spent. Starting with the sampler plate I got a rib, street taco, queso taco, baked beans & Mac n cheese.

The rib was extremely tender but stayed on the bone and with the spicy bbq sauce was excellent. The street taco was flavorful and packed with more than the average amount of meat on the taco. The queso taco…perfect amount of queso and meat that had great flavor as well. I appreciate the queso taco not being overly greasy as well. The beans were well seasoned and cooked well also.

My only complaint, which really isn’t even a complaint, was the Mac n cheese isn’t as cheesy as I would personally like. The Cajun flavor on it was GREAT. I get its personal preference so I could live with it overall because the flavor is there.

The ramen, I really appreciate the owners calling it barbaco vs birria because the later is technically supposed to be goat. That little touch was nice and after tasting the wife’s food it as worth it. The amount of meat that was in the ramen was way more than I’ve received at other spots and the flavor is on par if not better than some competitors. It was good enough to have us buy another order for later so I think that speaks volumes as well.

Overall I’d give this place a very solid 9/10 and knowing they’ll be at this brewery on Fridays for awhile going forward we’ll be back.

This food is fire. Im getting married nex year and i already booked them for my wedding. I went to a previous wedding where they were catering and it was so good. I definitely recommend.
