After going to different Dennys all over phoenix ..we the grand opening of this location I decided to give this dennys a try..and the manager BLANCA great us (wife and I) she made us welcome and right away we new we had found our dennys ..Blanca is very friendly and she makes the dine in very welcome !! Servers are really friendly and fast !! The food itself always awesome and fresh !! Thanks to BLANCA and her crew ..we have finally found the Dennys to come in and enjoy our breakfast !! 10/10 stars 😊

Complete chaos!!!! Had to ask and ask for condiments, drink refills … This location used to be a well oiled machine, no idea what happened. Most of the waitresses standing around complaining, or cleaning when customers needed assistance. The manager is rude, rude, rude, as is her favorite waitresses who won’t lift a finger to help when the younger waitresses are running around, trying to wait on customers. A good manger backs her staff when the place is crazy busy. The owner needs to get back in there and make it a better experience.

Me and my son went here on veteran day and it was quite busy but we wasn’t in no rush so we sat and waited for our name to be called once we got seated our waitress came and I felt like I was being rushed because as soon as she took our drink orders she immediately asked if we was ready to order mind you we had just sat down and I didn’t even open the menu yet so my son loves pancakes so I immediately was able to put his order in first I told her I needed a little more time so she left came back like 3 mins later and asked was I ready so at this point I still was feeling rushed so I just end up ordering a chicken Cobb salad and some chicken buffalo boneless wings and when it came out I started eating well after biting into my second wing I was getting ready to dip it in ranch and that’s when I noticed it wasn’t done and immediately I notified the waitress she looked at it and said she was sorry she would let the manager know and that someone would be over to talk to me well that never happened they took the wings off my bill but I wasn’t offered a extra discount or talk by management no nothing and to make matters worse it was my birthday my son wanted to take me to breakfast well that didn’t go well also we was never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks we was put in the middle of the floor by the bathrooms where people are walking back and forth bumping our chairs it was one of the worst experiences I had in a very long time and when I got home I had a bad stomach ache I’m positive it was from the undone chicken 😩
