I can only review the service since we stood at the counter for about five minutes and nobody working there said, “Hello” or acknowledged our presence. They weren’t busy inside. So, we left.

Honestly, it's too expensive for what it is. There are so many options that are just as good if not better. The service is great though, no shade to any of the employees at all.

The service here was great!! Super friendly people working the counter when I stopped by. Plus, my crème brûlée latte was delicious, and they had a beautiful Christmas tree set up to make the store all cozy for the season🎄

The wait was a little ridiculous for only having a few people in there. I paid $9 for a large cold brew that was mostly ice. If it’s more expensive than Starbucks, it should taste better than Starbucks. Will not be returning.

I own Vida Gaucha Yerba Maté, I like to stop in, pour me a round of yerba maté tea and enjoy with one of their pastries or breakfast Bagels. So delicious. Dog friendly, kid friendly, patio space to sit outside and enjoy our beautiful AZ weather!

This morning I ordered a small cappuccino and A bacon and egg sandwich on a plain bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. FANTASTIC!
Seriously probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. The Cappuccino was good, But perhaps even the one vanilla pump was a little too sweet for me. Overall, what a great place! The staff here is super polite and accommodating. Great job!

It’s unfortunate to see negative comments about this company’s location. They have, by far, some of the best customer service and food quality of any coffee company I have ever been to in Arizona. After walking in, I was greeted politely by every worker I saw, and they took my order efficiently and brought out the food quickly. I rarely write reviews, but the experience was so phenomenal that I had to. I look forward to many more visits.
