Wayyyyy overpriced for a coffee place that’s not in central phx. They never get your order right either. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip for taking my order in the drive through😂😂😂

The Verrado location is awesome, this location is lacking. The employees were polite but couldn't figure out how to use our rewards from the app. My drink had a sour kick to it that made it undrinkable. $7.50 into the trash. Definitely will not be returning to this location again

Don’t download the app! It’s not their app. Third party and you can’t use it because they haven’t updated their systems to use the Joe app. The managers tell you “next month” it’ll work but it hasn’t since August of last year. Food is ok. Drinks are good depending on who is making them. A bit pricey.

Update 12/6/25. - app still doesn’t work. 5 times a manager has taken down my info and promises to help with the $88 loaded in my app that can NEVER be used. So once again… DO NOT use the Joe’s Coffee App for Anthem!! They really should warn their customers!

we are from out of town, the friends were staying with recommended anthem coffee so we walked over… The best avocado toast I've ever had in the soy latte I had was awesome

Great coffee, okay food. Service was friendly and on point. I'd seek warranty work on the concrete outside of your entrance. Walking through the only puddle around to enter the establishment is annoying.

This location is too slow for them to not be ready and available for the one customer that comes in. It’s upsetting to see a huge coffee shop alone and then you think you will be in and out but are met with the slowest service.

It’s unfortunate that after 3 years I was going to give this place a shot only to be met by an employee who seemed to be having a bad day and frustrated that she had to take an order for 7. I had only put in 5 orders before I can sense she was annoyed so I decided to cancel everything and reversed right out.

My wife and I came for breakfast and coffee. No one greeted us or seemed to be working the register, which felt odd. Ordering from the self-serve screen was frustrating and not intuitive for customizing drinks. The staff vibe was unwelcoming, and service was slow. The coffee and breakfast bagel were good, but the bacon avocado toast was mid — cheap bacon and eggs seemed like hard boiled eggs from a package. What business doesn't have salt and pepper for their guests? Apparently this one.

The coffee is great and employees are nice but SO SLOW!!! The line is not super long like Dutch or Starbucks but it still takes just as long or longer. 3/3 times I’ve been here first or second car in line and still wait 5-10 minutes in the drive through. The card reader NEVER works for my card and they have to bring it inside to use it. This is the only place I have that problem with

The staff is amazing. During a recent internet outage, several people had gathered for wifi access. Even after the store lost their internet and they had to temporarily close, they allowed a few of us to stay as our wifi stayed present. They went even further in offering coffee to folks who had gathered on the patio for what little wifi was available. This shop is the definition of community and neighborhood support. And as amazing as the staff is, the food and coffee are just as extraordinary.

Horrible service they’re so slow. They don’t have enough staff. I’ve been waiting in line today, Saturday for half an hour and I’m only halfway through the line. They should block off their drive because they can’t handle everybody. It sucks to sit here for an hour, just to get my food. This is bullshit.
