Don’t go this store if you are vegitarian.
Chef was cooking meat and they touch bagel with same oily gloves. he didnt changed the gloves even to touch the other stuff.

Husband went to pick up bagels and coffee. He filled up our coffees and then coffee was empty. He told the man working there they were out of coffee and the guy asked him what he wanted him to do and that they filled up the coffee earlier that morning. Seems they only make coffee once per day. 🤷
Bagels are just OK. A little tough to chew.

Bagels are fresh everyday. I’ve been going here for years!! The owner is also really nice. The only downside is that their jalapeño bagels run out so fast on weekend mornings but I would still give 5/5 stars regardless.

Great bagels great cream cheese !!! 🥯 always fresh big and delicious. Haven’t tried anything else yet but if you want a fresh delicious bagel then go nowhere else .. one suggestion… make a salt stick bagel We miss that Midwest staple!!

Best bagle place this side of Long Island. Real food, not frozen factory slop that you get at the corporate chains. They got Kaiser Rolls and Boars Head meats just like any joint in NY, NJ or CT. On top of that the people are great, fast and done right. Be smart and don't go nowheres else.

Such good and authentic food! Bessa is super nice at the register, she is so good with customers I love her!! The food is so amazing and always fresh! Highly recommend.

I recently visited Hot Bagels & Deli #1 and had the sausage, egg, and cheese on a jalapeño bagel. The sandwich was pretty good, but I noticed that the bagel seemed very similar to the ones I just picked up at Fry’s. This made me question the freshness and if they’re actually baked in-house. Despite this, the food was enjoyable and I would still recommend giving it a try.

I love this place. Great service and the bagels are delicious. I had the lox bagel. It's definitely my go to place. Nobody beats them. I even ended up with a dead battery and they closing, but they gave me an extra water and tried to help, even though they could've just gone home. It's great to find kind hearted people. Definitely recommend!

Love this place. So quick, you can drive up, go in and order and get your food before you would at a drive through. The bagels are great and the sandwiches as well.

Ordered 2 bagels (bacon egg and cheese) ONLY EXCEPTION was one was a plain bagel and one Asiago. The only with Asiago has cream cheese.

The lady at check out got the order wrong. That’s not my fault as a customer. But as I was telling her the order was wrong because she made one an everything bagel, she began to roll her eyes. Read me what she wrote down (which was wrong). Frustratedly goes “I’ll just have to make another one” and walks away. After being made feel like such an inconvenience to her, I just took the everything bagel and gave my friend mine. Tried asking for cream cheese for the order that was wrong, she goes “I already put it on the other one”. I just walked away. Tried stomaching it but had to go back and ask for cream cheese again just to eat it. (Everything bagels are the only bagel I absolutely hate).

The customer is never always right, but i definitely wasn’t wrong in this scenario. Terrible customer service. Instead of making it right, I became an inconvenience.
