Got a sesame with cream cheese. Plus two Asiago bagels to take home. Got home and they were both sesame. Forgot to get an ice tea so I went back and when I found out a 20 Oz. Was $2.99 I canceled. Prices on food is great for the best bagels in town BUT 20 oz drink for $2.99 is a total rip off. Need to re-evaluate drink Prices!

I have tried this place multiple times and majority of the time, they mess up my order for the same reason. I have a lactose problem but I also do not like cheese on my breakfast sandwiches and I say at least twice NO CHEESE on my bacon and egg sandwich. They alwayssss add cheese! This isn’t something easy to remove from the sandwich since it’s melted and this just makes my order wrong! Seems like they do not care about food allergens or any food issues that people may have and just make their food the most common way.

They dont take allergies seriously. I asked ahead of time about ingredients. The cashier stands right next to the cook. It would have been simple to ask. The food (my husband ate it) was just so-so. Barely any cheese on the egg and cheese sandwich. Nice enough people but they need to take this stuff more seriously.

Good, pricey, and enjoyable.
Very clean though regarding the food, I prefer a softer bagel. I ordered the everything bagel with Taylor ham egg and cheese. I felt that for the price I paid there should have been thicker slices of Taylor ham and less salt on my bagel 🥯

The people here are so nice. The food is delicious. We tried the nova lox sandwich, chorizo burrito, and their home made potatoes. The BEST!!

The food is fantastic and the staff is very nice but their order accuracy is terribly inconsistent. 1 in every 3 times I go, something is wrong or missing and it never makes sense why (ex: items missing, repeating order 3 times and it still being wrong, being told I didn’t order something when it was written on the ticket, pointing to the bagel I want and being given a different one, mixing up ingredients between sandwiches, etc). I worked in a bagel store in manhattan for three years so this REALLY doesn’t make sense to me but the food is great so I take my chances

I came in this morning and ordered a Reuben for the wife and the ultimate for myself..
BLOWN AWAY. The bread was amazing, each ingredient of the sandwich was amazing. We will be going back!
