I’m tired of hearing everyone’s shake machine is broken. It’s becoming a joke.

Place is always dirty no matter what. Everybody’s too busy laughing and playing around in the back and then will act like you are inconveniencing them by trying to order it’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your money.

Poor kid obviously needed help and everyone stood there and did nothing. No one in the drive thru. One family in the dining room. Just stood there watching him struggle and customers waiting for there order!

I was there Friday and the men’s restroom was so nasty there was POOP all over the toilet and walls
It was disgusting I couldn’t even buy my meal I just left instead took my appetite .
I will be calling corporate about this .

20 min after window and I had to walk into get my food because the manager didn't think she should have to walk outside after telling the window customers to pull to a spot, I didn't even order nuggets.

Service was horrible. We waited for 10 minutes to order. They kept looking at us but no one wanted to come to the counter. take our order. Food took a long time to make and it wasn't good at all. The tacos were soggy and the fries were old. My son went to the restroom. They were filty smelled and there was no soap in there. Won't be going back.

So the Food and Service was fine but we were eating in and at 10:40 am 80% of the tables were dirty. This was after I noticed the fifth in the drink area. The Drink machine looks likes very dirty and the amount of food particles at the bottom of Cup Lid dispenser says the employees haven't cleaned this area in a long time.
I gave this 2 Stars because the staff was so friendly but I almost asked for a refund after seeing the unclean surrounds. If the dining area is this dirty what does the kitchen area look like? 👀

Use to go here alot but never again

My last few orders have been missing alot of items. My last order was for a French toast platter and it was missing the French toast. Just unbelievable

3 dine in orders not too large 4 workers drive through not too long but for some reason I ordered my food 30 min ago it's like watching the teletubbies trying to figure out how to do anything but breathe. My dine in burger was cold. Just a little pep in your step better communication would go a long way.

I came in and ordered 31 dollars of food first I get my order and my French fries were so old and gross so I took them back and told the girl she took them and got me more of the same fries I irritated her so I decided I would just not eat them then the croissant was horrible the ham was cold bun tasted nasty just gross so I didn't eat it .My grandson got the chicken strips dinner tasted cold and been sitting awhile Jack n box usually has wonderful food but definitely won't be coming back I think you need to check out the store it was GROSS wasted my money on garbage. Would really like a refund for nasty food !!
