This Jack in the box sucks. Food is always cold like it’s been sitting there for hours but yet you have to park and wait for it as if they are making it fresh. Not only is it cold but they only put a pin size drop of mayo and ketchup on their already dried out cold burger. Been there twice and it’s been the same outcome. Thumbs up to the owner.
They need new workers! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE the wait times are ridiculous!!
Don’t go here. Honestly most JIB are not great but this one is really gone down hill in the last 5 years I’ve lived in this area. Tonight I ordered a large fry that was literally the size of a small and one of my tacos has no meat. On top of that the food was gross and the ranch was so warm it was watery. Such a waste of my money!!

Old food every time and there is something wrong with there drive thru soda machine taste terrible but the one in the lobby taste just fine so they need to get that fixed and give us fresh food made when we order. $15 dollar combos food should be made when ordered.
The restaurant is relatively new and was very clean.

Sharice told me to pull up to a spot, as the food wasn’t ready & had us waiting in the car 45 minutes before I went in to get a refund
Oh, dear, we walked in and evidently hit it just at the right time because we were able to order quickly and by the time we had gotten our drinks my order was ready. My mother's order was ready about 5 minutes after. The construction workers who came in after us ordered and we were leaving as they were just getting their food... That is sad. The staff were absolutely wonderful, but it was clear they needed more help. The tables were filthy, and I felt bad for the employees because it was obvious they were rushed off their feet.

I’m tired of hearing everyone’s shake machine is broken. It’s becoming a joke.
Place is always dirty no matter what. Everybody’s too busy laughing and playing around in the back and then will act like you are inconveniencing them by trying to order it’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your money.

Poor kid obviously needed help and everyone stood there and did nothing. No one in the drive thru. One family in the dining room. Just stood there watching him struggle and customers waiting for there order!
