THE STENCH!!! so you walk in and are hit with a horrible sewage smell! Like almost to the point you lose your appetite. They took our order right away. But then we had to wait 20min for our order to be done. They gave me an extra color changing Halloween cup. But still I was on lunch and imagine if I only had a 30min lunch I would have not had time to eat.

I've waited and waited to post this review hoping this location would get better.
The owner of this location needs to fire nearly every employee. They're constantly out of food, orders are never correct, employees lock the doors and hang out with their friends inside at late hours.
Absolutely would not recommend this location.

I told them not to put bacon on my chicken sandwiches due to religious reasons, and we went home to see they put bacon on BOTH the sandwiches. I then proceeded to call them to at least get a refund or a coupon and then the guy who went by the name Trevor, proceeded to hang up on my face. I tried to call back but then the same guy hung up in my face again. Truly disgusting.

Very rude and arrogant little lady who not only accused me of taking ice out my drink but that I broke her card machine cause tap wouldn't work. At the risk of sounding a tad racist it was the short mexican lady. When I told her on the phone my order was wrong instead of taking responsibility for her mess up she blamed the computer saying that it said something totally different than what I ordered. I went back to fix it and that's when the accusations started. So some background this is the only restaurant opened this late near the construction site that all my guys use. And we live in AZ she apparently forgot that ice melts. I had my drink from her to my site in 15 mins and the iced coffee was already water so either you put barely any ice or you poured hot coffee instead 🤔. I used to work at another jack I know that they keep cold coffee mixed underneath counter in mini fridge. After all this she then had the audacity to say I lied to her about eating the fries cause half them were in the bag. Man we need some people to be heavily restrained or fired. I will be updating this info after talking with manager in am. It's currently 117am.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Nobody in the drive thru. Waited 25 minutes... What a joke. Lady at the window said they forgot to make some of our food. We ordered 2 sandwiches only. 25 minutes in a Jack In The Box drive thru.

I had a great experience at Jack in the Box! The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and quick with service, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. I especially enjoyed the variety on the menu—you can always find something new to try. Perfect spot for a quick bite, late-night craving, or just a casual meal. Definitely one of the better fast-food experiences I’ve had!

The service was very slow, stood in line (one person in front of us) for at least 10 minutes. Then ordered our food $37.23 was the total, we gave $40.23 and needed $3.00 change. They didnt have the change. The lobby smells like toilet. They have an advertisement for the sourpatch watermelon lemonade but apparently don't have the product to sell it. Staff seems lazy and not concerned about the line that was growing. They also have quite a few drinks out of service in the fountain drink machine.

Want to acknowledge the young guys working tonight friday 8/22/25 they took care of me even though i messed up and order from the window got me in and out quick it seemed like they were a bit short staffed i saw both of them moving up and down helping out in the lobby drive thru and bringing food out, food was great service outstanding

The place has everything you need to add to your meal next to the beverage area which is great since you don't have to constantly being asking for ketchup or sauces.

Who ever Luis and Aryanna are act super rude
The lady at the drive thru window was extremely rude. I’m a DoorDash driver and she nearly bit my head off for following the instructions I was given on the DoorDash app. I apologized for not doing it to her liking and she then proceeded to make me wait 30mins to pick up the order. She kept telling me it wasn’t ready. This was at 12:20 at night and there was maybe 2 other parties including the drive thru. I’m not sure what was taking so long to prepare a DoorDash order or why she had to be so extremely rude. This is very disappointing for a Jack in the Box!
