Gave me 1 order of boneless wings instead of 2 orders of popcorn chicken

Constantly getting order wrong. And, asking you to pull around the front. Then, you have to go in to correct order with rude service. Sad that I'll have to stop going here after many chances to get it right.

Just like the neighboring restaurants. This place is no exception to mediocrity and lack of service. They are slow and don't really care. Food is average and I have heard of a few neighbors who have gotten sick after eating here so now we avoid it for other restaurants or locations around.

Worst fast food service. If you choose to go through the drive through good luck, you will be parked and have to wait 20 minutes for your order.

If I could rate this place a negative 5 stars that's what it woukd be. This place is filled with unexperienced and uneducated young kids this place needs new management and crew members. Im tired of spending my hard working money here this isn't my first time experiencing this. My fault for coming back and giving the benefit of the doubt

They couldn't find my online order and asked me come inside. I came inside and everyone working just kept working the drive thru. They don't have enough people working here.

The young woman working the window was rude. She was not friendly at all. Pulled up to the window and she seemed mad. She had us pull around to the front of the store even though we were the only car in line. A male employee came out 20 minutes later asking if we got our shakes. The young woman came out 5 minutes later. No apology for the 20 plus minute wait. The shakes barely had oreo cookie in them. The shake was slightly whipped and there was no cherry. Food, service, and location are all less than one star.

The place is horrible, it seems like they only hire young teenagers. They never have your food on time, and when you place an order, 10/10 times it is can you pull into the parking area for your food.

Service here shows you just why the food service industry want to get rid of ppl behind the counter - slow slow slow are they with one order not to mention just because they look at you the employees here, doesn't mean they will help - if you don't want to work here then go, n why Jack in the Box hire someone who hurts your business - stupid all around -

Asked for fresh tacos and got burnt tacos instead along with Brianna's name tag in our food

Been to this Jacks lots of times and each time we get the wrong order or the tacos are not fresh. We ordered 8 fresh tacos and they were black and greasy. Brianna at the drive thru has a very bad attitude for no reason and her nametag was in my bag when i got home. The Jack in the box on cotton lane is always on point with the food and service.

You guys need to fire these girls, they're always looking lost confused and lazy, all they do is walk around while the guy just does all the work, they don't even take orders all they do is stand around looking like lost puppets, a girl closed both drive thru lanes all because she didn't want to take orders and do her job 🙄

Food was ok but damn it takes a loooooong time to get the order ready, employees are great but they’re short staffed for sure.

You will get parked if you come here, they park everyone, that doesn't mean your food will be hot or fresh though
