Jack in the Box

I have no issue waiting but I was told in app food was ready and I go in and it was not so then I do have an issue waiting cause that was only reason I came inside to pick up order. it was only large curly fry and 2 tacos and tacos were cold the cheese was not even melted I know they fry tacos then cheese but if taco was hot or warm cheese should be melted. I waited after like 7 peoples orders till I got mine that told me was already ready…. Won’t come to this Jack again

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place is beyond bad. From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with a horrible smell. The floors are sticky and look like they haven’t been mopped in ages, and there’s trash littering the floor. What’s visible of the kitchen is downright disgusting, and it makes you question the cleanliness of the food.

The service is awful too—staff seem uninterested and unmotivated, which is a shame considering it’s a newer location. The restrooms are a nightmare, looking like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. I honestly can’t believe this place is allowed to stay open. Avoid at all costs!

I would give it negative stars if it was possible.

What’s the point of the two drive thru’s if you never open both and why are you all so freaking slow. Does not matter if I’m the only person in line. My sandwich came out cold I waited so long. Thaaaanks for that.

It’s just a bunch of kids who work here and it’s always different when you come. They charged me for a large but gave me a small Oreo shake that didn’t even have Oreo in it. It’s always different here and it’s not worth it anymore.

My initial order placed in the drive thru was made incorrectly. I went inside and as I was explaining it to what I believe was a manager, she had this really off-putting look on her face. And I then advised that I informed the young lady in the drive thru how I wanted my food. So I sat down and waited for more food, and as a good gesture she presented me with a slice of cheesecake for the misunderstanding. I graciously accepted but let her know she didn't have to do that. But it was offered in kindness and an attempt to restore the customer experience. I thanked her and the rest of the team and left

Had to wait awhile for our food because their grill went down. They were very apologetic and our food was so good and hot!

The guy at the window was extremely rude. He cut me off. Gave me the wrong order. Gave me the wrong drink. No napkins in the bag, no sauce. If he doesn’t want to be there, he should call off or quit not be an ass the entire time.
