Went to order and this location was out of biscuts, also said advertised sauses were discontinuted and even after still ordering food and waiting they gave me cold and soggie food and to top it all they gave me multiple order of mash potatos with out any gravy. I tried to call back up to restraunt but after ringing for a while they just pick up tp hang up on ya. I will be reaching out to corporate or indivual owner as this one should have franchise license away.

Came in here after a horrible experience at another KFC location, where we had to walk out before even ordering. This location was a 10 compared to our prior experience. We placed our order on the kiosk and waited in a booth for our name to be called. We could see two ladies working so hard and diligently! One acknowledged us sitting and let us know they would make our order soon. It was a very nice gesture! These ladies moved through the orders quickly and efficiently and one was even taking drive thru orders and prepping biscuits to be cooked (there were other employees there too they just seemed to be standing around/barely moving - maybe it was their break times). Our order was handled with care, and our food tasted delicious and everything was made great. To management or corporate- take this as a great compliment workers are hard to come by, we will definitely be driving to this location instead of the one right next to our house. These ladies earned this location new customers!

The food at this location was amazing, I ordered the Tuesday special 8 piece chicken meal and the chicken was soo juicy and tender that was seasoned to perfection, I didn’t want to stop eating it. I recommend ordering the original recipe and not the crispy, also go during the day and not nights since that’s when the kids usually work there.

Absolutely disgusting! Waited for biscuits, or so they said for about 10 minutes....got our order home and not only did they forget items requested, the chicken was undercooked, soggy grey breading and dripping in grease. This location has gone downhill. Last visit from me

I recently visited KFC, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The chicken was stale and bland, lacking the usual flavor and freshness I expect from KFC. The mac and cheese were dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for far too long. The French fries were old and cold, clearly not freshly made. To top it off, the customer service was horrible—rude and inattentive staff made the visit even worse. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with the meal and service. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Food here is CONSTANTLY overcooked and dry. Definitely not fresh also. I've gone to several other locations and in other states and never had any THIS BAD! I can't believe this location is still here honestly, let alone them just getting a remodel last year. Horrible food here, and for the last 7 years it's been in decline. Every 6 months or so I'll stop by and order something to see if it's changed since they're literally right next to us, and they continously get worse each time.

Food was ice cold, tried to call so I could bring back the food for a replacement and they refused to answer. Called the next morning and got a manager who was no help, said I had to contact customer service and she "didn't know their phone number". Finally tracked down the number online was recycled through multiple representatives before being told "cold food is only worth a 50 percent refund" or "I can send this to upper management and they'll call you back or email you at some point, and no I don't have a phone number they'll be calling from or an estimated timeframe". Just terrible service all around.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. The chicken sandwich was hard and the fries were super stale. Everything was cold and tasted super old. Customer service was pretty mediocre but I did go through the drive thru. I also asked for sauce that I didn’t receive and overall the meal wasn’t worth the ten bucks that I spent on the meal. I would go somewhere else

This place does not even deserve 1 star! Drive thru order was wrong, seasoning was awful, everything tasted like it had sat around for hours. And was barely "warmish". Save your money, 1000% NOT worth it!
