Decided to try this KFC location for the first time in over 3 years because of previous bad experiences with orders being wrong and ling wait times. This time I decided to do an online order and realized my mistake. It is pointless to place an order ahead of time if they don't actually honor the scheduled pick up time. I was patient and waited as I see multiple people go through the drive thru and walked in to get orders yet it was already 20 minutes past my pick up time and they said they just start cooking the chicken so it was going to be another 12+ minutes. Then when I asked for a refund they said it can't be done in store. Poor customer service and to top it off I finally got my order 40 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. 100% would recommend driving a little up the road to Church's Chicken instead.

I was greeted when I came in! With smiles! They made a bad day better with that. I had a large order and they let me know the delay which was fine. I appreciate that! Got everything I ordered, right down to the two ranch cups for the nuggets. Perfectly cooked chicken. Good vibes all the way. Thank you for having a cool crew.

Today I ordered two famous bowl combos and the person i spoke with (I asked for her name but couldn't remember it when I got home I'm sorry it was an old white woman working around 5) mentioned it would be cheaper for the 7 dollar fill up and I'm so glad she mentioned it, it would have cost way more. Not to mention she did an excellent job with her customer service skills.I was a little grouchy when she mentioned It, I was hangry so I didn't wanna hear what she was laying down but she didn't let it bother her. A plus plus for her she needs a reward or raise, I will be back to this location great job.

I had given up on eating KFC in the west Valley but I really like their original recipe. Finally I went to this location in Litchfield Park and it was the right choice. The taste and texture of the chicken made me feel like I was back in CA. Thank you for having great chicken!

Horrible service please shut this place down they don't have any any food apparently we just tried to place an order and was told that they were out of pretty much everything so ridiculous and the customer service was not there at all need lots of training no apology or anything just we don't have it go somewhere else .... Save your money for better establishment this 1 don't care about customers
