I got the new dip in bucket. It took fifteen minutes to get my order. The chicken strips were cold and very dry. The fries were saggy. For waiting Fifteen minutes you would think the food would be fresh. Very disappointed.

Just wanted to raise attention that the bathrooms need help!
Honestly It’s was surprisingly bad walking in to wash my hands. It gives the place a bad look and makes me suspicious of how everything else is. My hope is that they could take my feedback into consideration and improve the trust in getting food from here.

Usually love KFC famous bowls but the chicken was hard on the outside and a weird chewy on the inside that I didn’t eat the chicken. Plus only got 6 small pieces. Disappointed

We gave up on the Avondale KFC, decided to try the Litchfield location. It was the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE! We walked in at around 4:30, no customers, and one employee in the entire store. She was munching on fries by the food prep area, just like they do at the Avondale location! (like they never went through a pandemic or heard of communicable diseases! And of course no hair net or even a cap). I asked if she was alone, she looked around and then said 'no', lol. We walked back out. KFC is dead to us.

Haven't eaten here for at least 3yrs due to bad service. Craving fried chicken, so decided to Uber dinner for two tonight. Tell me why, two drivers and 60 minutes later... I'm still waiting. Order hasn't left the building. I can't blame the first driver for peacing out. The second driver was told there was a 10 minute delay. From when....lol Get your ish together. Tipping him extra for waiting too. Wonder what the delivery time for Church's is these days for next time.

Worst KFC ever do even waste your time coming here they never have chicken at dinner time every single time I’ve went these past months I try to keep hope that will provide good service only to be let down this place should be shut down

I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name, but the new GM is turning this place around. I had stopped coming here for a while because it was run by a bunch of teenagers without any direction. Thank goodness corporate finally figured it out. The food was wonderful again and service was great.

Came today 12/29, at 1:45 pm. Requested a tender meal with fries, a pot pie, a side of mash potatoes. We get: Bone in chicken meal. No fries. Two sides of mashed potatoes.
I mean, really.... I thought you had to at least have a high school education to work here. Idk how the person taking my order made it through the application process. $28 and the receipt Is correct, not the food. Gtfo here.
