I always order take out from here. The restaurant rarely has dine-in customers. It is clean in the dining room just deserted. The service has been consistently GOOD! The workers are friendly and focused on getting you your food quickly. I like this location. They look clean. The good is always hot. I've never gotten sick.

Came through drive thru today. Little Mexican girl has a naaaasty attitude. Took our order, disappeared in the middle of it, someone else came on the speaker and tried to start our order over, then a third person. Lmao. We asked for lemonade, we get something weird and carbonated. Fries are absolutely never fresh. This location is absolute garbage.

I think this KFC needs a overhaul. For years now matter time of day or night they run out or don't have something. It's ridiculous how bad this location is. And over the years it has not changed. I stop going for 6 months or more, go back same story..Just terrible. Definitely not what it used to be. Food nit fresh, over cooked or under cooked. Or don't have something even though they have been open as little as 30 minutes.

Food is never fresh here. I use to love KFC but since I've moved to Litchfield Park, this is the closest one to me. I have ordered food from here 3 times. The first time I thought it was just a bad day, the second time the chicken was the same, not fresh. The third time, the food was worse. It just doesn't taste like KFC. Set up to kind of force you to use their kiosk as you walk in. I put my order in, and less than a minute later, a super nice woman comes out and asks my name, and says my food will be right out. Then she asks if I would like my cup now. This might not seem like much, but this place used to be a miserable place to get food. Much improved, in every way. Food was hot, order was correct. Must be under new management!
I just ordered the honey barbecue chicken tenders. They made my stomach hurt. the fries were cold. The coleslaw was watered down. The only good thing was a biscuit. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken and 2 mashed potato bowls. The chicken in the mash potato bowls was very dark, burnt and looked like they were fried in dirty grease. I couldn't even get a bite it was so hard to chew. I just tried calling several times and they don't answer my call.

All I have to say is here the chicken doesn’t taste right , i don’t know if it sat for too long after fried or dirty grease used for frying the chikcken but it wasn’t good had a rancid taste to it even my kids noticed . Wasted my money on a 43 dollar bucket .
