Litchfield Park store.. Been going there for over 3 years and the other night my wife ordered our normal order. When it's time to pick it up. My order was not found cuz they gave it away. So I was told there was a mistake and I was next. An hour goes by and I'm still at the store watching others come in and get there order. When I asked about my order 2 different times I was completely ignored both times. After an hour of being ignored and not told what was going on with my order, I was given my order and the box was torn and not completely closed and both pizzas way over cooked. Which made me having to ask for a refund and that went way outta left field with the supposed manager/ employee. After 3 years of going there I will not return. Service sux and pizza overcooked

Don’t waste your time. I placed an order at 6:42 PM with an estimated pickup time of 7:06–7:11 PM. I arrived at 7:30 PM, and they hadn’t even started it. The woman in the back yelled to the front that she would be right with me but never came up. After waiting with no update, I had to raise my voice just to ask for a refund. Completely ridiculous to wait an hour for a cheese pizza and cheese bread. Terrible service.

Don't go here. Go to another location. I ordered my pizza at 7:45. They picked up the order at 7:51 at 9:55. My pizza was still not ready. They didn't make it. No one was coming to the counter to help. The girls were just in the back talking and it wasn't even that busy. Terrible, terrible service

DO NOT choose this location. Go to any other location. Put in an order on the app and waited 3 hours for 2 pizzas and bread. They just pressed whatever they wanted on the app. Order put in at 6:17pm, in the oven at 7:59pm, and was told it was being packed up at 8:28pm, but didn’t get my actual pizza until 9:10pm. Service was a joke with zero apology and I watched as the employees walked around the kitchen with no sense of urgency.

Tonight’s experience was a train wreck, dumpster fire, krap-fest show. I placed my order in the app at 4:15pm. When I went to check it close to the pick up time of 7:15pm, the Tracker only said “Order received”. I thought for sure the app was broken & not working. When I arrived to the store at 7:15, there were at least 10 other people waiting in the lobby. This is never a good sign. The app continued to say “Order received” in the tracker. I understand getting behind on orders and when people call out or the manager does not schedule enough staff, orders get behind. They were 3 hours behind. I’m not blaming the workers or even the people who scheduled the staff that night. There seemed to be only 2 people there working and no one was helping the people in the lobby. There is no way to Cancel an order within the app and that is both a disservice & enormous inconvenience. I placed another order at a different store. All I wanted to do was cancel the current one & get a refund. I do not want them processing the order I will never pick up, if they even get to it. I have called the store and been on hold for 35 minutes and counting, as this is the ONLY way to cancel an order. I know there is little to no chance of doing either request. But I had to try. I believe this is a sad reflection of many food service venues. There does not seem to be enough people who want to work, work hard or even show up.

I used to always order from here, but recently I ordered online and when I arrived to pick it up it wasnt even in the oven. When I received my food (40 mins after it was supposed to be ready), my pizza was bland and super thin, ( did not order thin crust), and my bread sticks were super oily. Will be ordering from different location from now on.

My husband placed an order through the app around 4:45 PM for pizza, Crazy Bread, and Philly Cheesesteak Bites. The app said it would be ready at 5:17 PM. He showed up right on time and found at least twenty people crowded inside and outside the store, all waiting on “ready” orders. He even sent me a photo because the situation was such a mess.

He ended up waiting nearly an hour past the pickup time. The Philly Cheesesteak Bites were never received, and the Crazy Bread was overcooked and missing the buttery parmesan cheese topping that usually makes it so good. Customers were asking for refunds, but staff said they couldn’t issue any. The employees seemed completely overwhelmed and moved at a snail’s pace, showing no urgency or communication with customers.

He didn’t get home until around 6:30 PM, more than an hour after the order was supposed to be ready, with an incomplete order and a frustrated family waiting for dinner. I completely understand Halloween is a busy night, but this location was not managed well at all.

We have been loyal Little Caesars customers for years, but this experience really hurt our confidence in this store. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the lack of organization, urgency, and customer care we all witnessed that night.

Don’t order from here. Your ONE SINGLE pizza will not be done until an hour after you placed and order and to top it off they never answer their phones. This location needs to shut down.

Went in ordered 2 pizzas 1 pepperoni 1 half pepperoni half cheese. Got home had a pepperoni and a pepperoni with 2 slices of just cheese SMH someone hasn't learned in math class what half means
