Little Caesars Pizza

Went in ordered 2 pizzas 1 pepperoni 1 half pepperoni half cheese. Got home had a pepperoni and a pepperoni with 2 slices of just cheese SMH someone hasn't learned in math class what half means

I went to this location 3 times and wvery time its been a 20 min wait they never have anything ready not even basic cheese or pepperoni. Ilits faster to drive somewhere else

Little Caesars at 13760 W Camelback Rd, Litchfield Park, apparently thinks “pizza” means dry bread with some half melted cheese.

Tomato sauce? Who needs it! Silly me for expecting the basic ingredients they advertise.

And let’s talk about their “customer service.” I called to complain, which clearly was a huge inconvenience for them. They generously left me on hold for 20+ minutes, maybe they thought I’d just give up and go away? How thoughtful.

When someone finally picked up, they handed out a refund like it was some royal favor.

Honestly, if you want the full Little Caesars experience at this location, here’s what you can look forward to:

1 Pay them immediately, this part they nail.
2 Receive half finished garbage they call pizza.
3 Get ghosted when you call for help.
4 Beg for your refund while they act like you’re the problem.

If you enjoy wasting your time, being ignored, and eating dry, sauceless cardboard, this is absolutely the place for you. For everyone else? Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Dry pizza no tomatoe sauce (sad because that's my daughters favorite part) and left us on hold waiting for more than 30 mins

I ordered online. I got the pizzas but they were out of 2 liters. No one bothered to contact me. They just gave me 4 20 oz bottles. There are 5 ppl in my family. It doesn't match. I will not order from this location again

I had to wait A WHILE before anyone bothered to come take my order, and the guy had an airpod in the entire time. Completely unprofessional, but what do you expect from a bunch of teenagers. On top of that, the entire time I was waiting both to order and for my pizza, I saw two other employees just standing around on their phones in the back, and whoever cut my pizza has no idea how to use a pizza cutter because some of the slices were ridiculously thin and some were ridiculously big. I'd say I won't be coming back here, but I'm sure the employees are all too happy to not have to work. Also, no hot and ready pizzas at 5:30? Whoever the store manager is needs to step it up because I was NOT impressed.

Don’t waste your time! They never have your food ready on time, they have people waiting for long periods of time, always sloppy work(all the ingredients on one side of the pizza or in the middle bunched up cheese as well), missing toppings, they can’t even cut the pizza properly 🙄 gave this place the benefit of the doubt but they failed every time. Taking our money elsewhere.

Every time we come here they never make the pizza correctly, ALWAYS raw. Please hire new workers before you give someone food poisoning, especially if this is a recurring thing. To new customers, please look elsewhere or get ready to waste your money if this issue doesn’t get resolved. Make sure to double check your pizza before leaving or else you may come home to uncooked food.

This is the second time I get a uncooked pizza. I asked for well done not sure how they didnt notice while cutting the pizza that it wasnt fully cooked cheese was still cold in some areas and unmelted just thawed out.. pinapple was still cold..

I would give this location a zero out of five if I could. I've visited this place numerous times because it's the closest one to me, but I always leave empty-handed. This location NEVER has $5 Hot-N-Ready pizzas available, even when there's no line. If you don't order online, expect to wait 30 to 40 minutes for just one pizza! They won't keep this location for long if they continue turning customers away due to their poor work ethic.

CRAZY NO WONDER THIS PLACE HAS LOW STARS I walk in. There's literally nobody in there. The lady asked me if I'm doing a pick up and I told her I was just getting a pizza she dead ass looked at me and said the wait is 40 minutes why offer hot and ready when I have to place an order for 40 minutes that's crazy to me. This place needs better staffing I've never been to a little Caesars where I have to wait 40 minutes or place an order ahead of time do better with your employees they make it impossible to even get a pizza here. I guess they don't want business.!
