This is my neanorhood McDonald's and I have 2 kids so let's just say we are frequent to this specific location.osy of the time I try to avoid going inside but tonight I had to because a messed up order and I will say I left satisfied even after driving all the way home and back the first time .....they didn't do anything special they just made shur I was taken care of and for that I am thankfull

Very friendly. The restaurant is often very crowded, as it's located on a busy street. The girls run themselves ragged carrying everyone's food outside. Many young employees. Very friendly service.

Expected better, food was slapped together like a kindergarden class was learning to make sandwiches. Bigmac has so.much sauce on it felt like it was a french dip without the dip. Staff was very snippy and put out when I showed them. Will not go back to this location ever....

This is not a warm and inviting restaurant anymore. No customer service. As you get older figuring out the stupid kiosk, is a pain in the butt. I would rather go to a nice sit down restaurant for the cost of eating here anymore.

Cara and Ivan are awesome. Had an issue with my food and they went above and beyond to make it right. I frequent this location often and think compared to other locations this one is definitely a great one!

Fries were old and half filled ? Drinks were half filled with no ice ? Everything was old and waited in drive thru for over 40 minutes. Insane.

Went inside to eat and have a break from a day of moving. It is getting weird that mc Donald's is becoming dystopian at least ours are here in Arizona. An empty lobby, no staff at a counter. Just giant touch screens and a pick up counter. We ordered via the screens no issue. Our food was announced and left at counter. Fine but, our trays did not have napkins and we wanted sauces and the lobby doesn't have these items anymore. Then we needed to use the bathroom. And I had to almost enter the kitchen to find a human to let us in the bathroom. She pressed a button to unlock the bathroom door. It was clean. But to exit you must press another button to unlock door. Fine but I have witnessed on 2 occasions people freak out because they did not understand this unlocking feature to exit. Both times the buttons blended in with the wall. Here at this McDonald's the button is dark green with dark lettering. I wish these buttons were a bright bold color with bold lettering for easy identification. Other than being a weird empty cold building the food was fine.

Let’s start with McDonald McFlurry being $20 for (4) cups not filled up and having Oreo sprinkled on top.. nothing like the picture on the menu and when we received them I asked why there was little to no ice cream,

Responds was, “be happy with what you got”

Once again McDonalds you have shorted the customer and over priced for ice cream.

Waiting on lobby employees in the back clearly cussing loud as day gossiping about people calling out not being professional. Higher up staff need to review the stuff they hire. Manager telling employee to go home (skylar) he started mocking saying “no don’t cut my hours” then asked him to take the hit

I don’t appreciate the employees dropping the F bomb every few minutes in the back of the kitchen like everybody in the lobby can hear you. and the employees is telling the manager or supervisor to shut up that isn’t right.
