Well go through the drive thru asked for a #1 and #2asked for lightly salted fries received overly OLS fries. And nuggets. Last time I looked nuggets were not #1 or #2

Specifically ordered light salt on fries, the fries were old and overly salty. Ordered a cheese burger and got 10 piece nuggets. Horrible. It was a simple order! Food was not even hot. Who is the district manager. I will be contacting the DM.

Don't come here for breakfast!
Lunch and dinner was decent. Very slow service. All around.
Egg biscuit sausage biscuit was old stale nut up to standards.
Coffee is horrible. And they don't fulfill the condiments that you order.

Dirty tables, a whole bunch of something floating in my ice tea-threw it away!
Hamburger tastes like it had been sitting there for a while.French fries were cold.Apples were brown a little bit.

Employees dont care about customer service they dont even pay attention to customers.

I had an issue with my order, however the manager that was working the morning of 12/28 (I didn’t get his name) corrected it effectively and very politely, and also was dressed very professionally and seems to care about his job a lot.

Came in to order a coffe, not even a single word from the stuff members, I understand they are busy and yes they do have those little screens to place your own order but most of the time they dont work so it's easier to place your order directly with the cashier, over 5 mins standing to wait for service and not even a single (I'll be right there in a minute or so)and also the gentleman in from of me walked away without ordering anything, not sure how long he was standing there too, employees just ignored us.

Worst McDonalds ever. Cold fries, wrong sauce, and long lines with horrific service. Never again!! You should just shut down now before you make people sick. So angry. House full of people and no food - or should I say food that cost a fortune and nothing was good. Horrible!! Horrible!!

The few times I go to Mcdonalds for anything but convenient for a quick breakfast before traveling in October 2025. All I order here is oatmeal. I understand removing the nuts due to allergies but not having milk in it or at least oats should be soaked & ready to eat. I had to buy the milk extra bcoz they will only add 2 creamers to make these dried out oats edible🤷‍♀️. These are choking hazards risk management!

We only ever order take out. Not a good place anymore to go the staff is lazy and service and food is never what you order. McDonald's needs to have a stricter hiring and policy standards. Everytime my order is wrong and I have to go back or sit there and wait for someone to finally notice I'm there

Went by the McDonald's on 91st and Olive Peoria Arizona. The wait was not to bad. At the window was The Grinch 💚 himself. Lol The cashier was nice and friendly. I was excited because of course its Grinch!!! I chose the 10 piece chicken nuggets,BQQ sauce . I really wanted to try the fries and the pickle seasoning. It was not bad. I loved it. So, if you like that tart pickle flavor. Then gi e it a whirl. It wasn't that tart. The socks love the socks. If you have big feet might be a bit snug. The total was about $15.58.

Fired, nasty attitude, nasty old food served, rude cashier talking about her personal issues manager and all just nasty , and had to wait for my refund, customer service these days suck , gave our last dollar... No funds to go else where now.. The worst FIRED!!! SHE SAID SHE WAS ON HER PERIOD LIKE WE WANTED TO HEAR THAT, DISGUSTED!! The link u sent don't work and how is it going to help me?

Basically I get in there like at 5:45 and you know I want some breakfast before I go to work and I order the big breakfast and I press Big Breakfast (with hotcakes) and the lady at the register sees my order, prepares it and then SOMEHOW forget my hasbrown and hotcakes then I had to buy the hotcakes and the hash brown separate. Moral of the story is don’t go to McDonalds for breakfast

We’ve gone to this McDonald’s many times and mostly it’s fine besides the slow drive through. But often they mess up our order.

Today I waited 20 minutes in the drive through lane. I ordered the McGriddle meal and the lady said I can’t order that because it’s not a meal. In fact she couldn’t make any of the Value Meals a “meal” because she didn’t know how. She didn’t offer any other help so I had to cancel my whole order.

Will not be going back to this location.
