I ordered through the Panda Express website for drive-through pickup. When I arrived, I was told I’d need to wait for chow mein, which I didn’t mind since fresh food is a good thing.

A little later, I was told another dish was also out and asked whether I wanted to switch or wait. Again, I chose to wait.

After that, I was told to wait out front. After waiting for quite a while, I eventually went inside, only to find that my order had already been sitting up front for some time.

What was frustrating was the lack of communication. If the food was ready and inside, I don’t understand why I wasn’t told to come in, or why I was told to wait outside at all. I’m fine waiting for fresh food, but clearer instructions would have made this experience much better.

Overall pretty pathetic performance from Vita. I ordered online, someone took my order. They just ignored me and went to next person in line. Officially boycotting this location for inept customer service.

I order 3 plate and one of the plates were wrong when I got home. I ordered teriyaki chicken. I got sesame seed chicken on one of the plates. The other 2 plates were correct. The workers need to slow down and pay attention to what is ordered. They are so wanting to get people in and out. They need customer service training. The workers need to pay attention to the customers instead of other coworkers. I called the supervisor/manager when I got home and told her that this store just list a loyal customer. Now I have to got out of my way to eat at a panda express. This panda is the one closest to my house.

The service here is absolutely horrendous. On multiple occasions the managers and staff disregard customers, close the lobby early and are completely unprofessional. I will never go here again. Go anywhere else!

Tried the new Spicy Orange Chicken at the Panda Express on Litchfield Rd, and wow it did not disappoint. Perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and just the right kick of heat. The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and honestly addictive.

The staff was quick and friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. Definitely one of my new go-to orders Panda nailed this one!

The order iplaced through drive through. i ordered ragoons they gave me 1 chicken egg roll. It was just after 6 pm. Seems like they don't kno what ragoons are.
Or to busy playing at work. Will not go back to this location

I waited an extra 15 minutes because they said they needed to cook more steak. When I got home there was only 4 small pieces of steak. I ordered a double order of this dish and was
charged extra. The mushrooms were old and soggy so I didn't trust to eat any of it. Also the broccoli was all end clippings that I wasn't going to eat either. Needless to say I went to bed hungry and won't be going to this location again. This location has messed up a few times in the past for me but this was the final time.
