Overall, not bad. The service is the best thing about this restaurant and the food is a little lacking. Portion sizes are very adequate, but the temperature was sub-par, especially for the middle of lunch; a lot of the dishes looked like they had been sitting for a while.

Still, very friendly and attentive service for the most part, and the restaurant itself is clean and well tended to.

The taps in the bathroom are rubbish; they barely extend into the sink.

I'm always amazed that this place isn't that busy but now I know why,... I went through the drive-thru and apparently it's **optional*" to make tea on the weekends... I got a diet coke as a substitute... These workers are lazy and thir management needs to do something.. my large cup was full mostly ice with very little diet coke... I had to go somewhere else just to get the tea that is a menu item... I would have been happy to wait for it.. this needs fixing..but it wasn't just that individual never told me my total and was demanding my card to pay... Sorry I didn't realize I don't have cash options anymore nor that I need to know the total before paying... That's optional too I guess... Unbelievable, food wasn't the best and horrible experience.

From the moment your wheels hit their lot, this Panda location always exceeds cleanliness expectations. Once you're indoors, that same outdoor cleanliness is present from floors to tables, and the at times very busy washroom. The food is hot & fresh, with portioning and taste satisfying thoroughly.

For the most part, you're met with a friendly face and cheerful greeting, but there are days like today during a lunch rush that you'll get a bit of hurried tone; even so, this is my new go-to spot over the rude mess off Watson in Buckeye.

I ordered a big dinner plate, and when I opened in, there was big black long hair in my food. Right away, I call and ask to speak to a manager. I told her this was unacceptable, disgusting. Ask for a refund, and she said they couldn't do a refund, but she would redo my order, and she added in an appetizer and drink for the inconvenience. The appetizers were burt, and the food was mediocre. $15 whent straight to the trash.

I came in to pick up a mobile app order on 7/17/24 at 11:51 am. I order two plates. One plate with 1/2 super greens and fried rice, the second plate was 1/2 super greens with chow mein. Both plates were MISSING SUPER GREENS. Whoever is taking care of the mobile app orders need to learn to read the orders correctly. ?‍♀️ I usually go inside to place my order, but I definitely will not be using the Panda Express mobile app to place orders. This location is very slow at fulfilling mobile app orders too.

Ordered 2 large sides. One was RAW green beans and the other soggy orange chicken. On top of that I gave 2 cards to charged and they did the opposite. Asked to refund and recharge correct cards and was told no. ON TOP OF THAT. Didn’t get a receipt and when I called to see about the no receipt then it’s on us and a manager said to come back and they would give me more food. I didn’t want food. I wanted a refund and they said they couldn’t. Now I’m home cooking my food. SHAME

Poorly managed, unreliable menu availability. 5:18pm square in the middle of prime dinner time. I asked for a two item plate. I chose the featured item and Beijing beef. Was told the featured item was out and would be a ten minute wait. I said the I’ll take both as Beijing beef. Was told only one serving was available would have to wait 10–15 minutes. It’s understandable that once in a while this will happen, but it has happened on almost every visit over the past two months (5 visits). It’s clearly an issue of poor management. I’ve given up on this location.
