Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went in to pick up a food order two hours before closing. Saw a young girl in the back hosing down the floor with water flying up everywhere all over the food and prep areas. Pretty sure that’s a health violation. Absolutely disgusting. This place has the worst customer service and attitude from the young stuff with ZERO work ethic several times I have gone in there employees have been on their phones. Can’t really get any sort of help. Luckily I don’t eat at this place but as someone who makes extra income by door dashing/uber eats and notice these things I feel bad for the people eating this food being prepared by young people who don’t care about food handling clearly. Don’t eat here. As an outsider looking in you need clean house both literally and figuratively with your establishment and staff because that’s going to get y’all shut down or at least a visit from a food inspector.

Very bad, one order comes and they leave so it is closed an hour before the scheduled time and they have very bad

people are down right rude and refused to own up to a mistake with my order.

- Nobody greeted me at the Drive-thru for 10 minutes
- Mobile order was not started until I went inside and told them
- Employees just sit on their phone in the kitchen while customers are waiting for their order to be taken
- Missing items from my order

I read some bad reviews but decided to come here against my own judgement. Night shift team at 11pm on Oct 26 was absolutely awful. I pulled up to the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order and sat at the speaker for 10+ minutes with nobody saying anything. So I parked to go inside and get my order and saw the kids just sitting in the kitchen on their phones while people were waiting for their orders to be taken. I waited a further 10 minutes only for the lady to THEN start my order when I told her I was already waiting for it. So she put some of the hard, old chicken that was sitting under the heater (probably for at least an hour) in my bag and didn’t give me any sauce I ordered. Not sure if management is aware of how bad their employees are but they need to fire the 5-6 employees that were there at the time, idc.

This restaurant was absolutely disgusting, the floors were disgusting every table was dirty with crumbs and grease, there were napkins straws packets of sauce on tables the drink station was so gross I hated to touch anything. I have never been into a restaurant that was that bad. The thing is when we got there there was nobody there and you could hear a bunch of laughing and giggling coming from the kitchen. They've had plenty of time to clean that dining room and everything, that would never pass health inspection I'm sure

Where do I start here...Let's start with service. Employees are short and barely willing to help. They do not tell you when something is not available and you end up with things missing out of your order. CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave. The Popeye's app is one of the worse apps I have used and has lots of issues. After I received my "web/online/app" order, I checked and found out I was missing the cole-slaw and instead of the chocolate brownie I ordered, they just put in an apple pie. Now, why did they not tell me anything at the window? So went in and come to find out they are out of cole-slaw and then only at that time, offered me something else. Same issue with the brownie, but at least tell me you replaced it. A properly made app could have fixed all these issues. I will definitely not be coming down to this location and would rather drive further to another location.

I placed an online pick-up order, and once I get there, they say they don't see an order for me. Then all of a sudden "oh we have your order but it's a wait on chicken" 20-30 min go by and STILL WAITING for my order to be complete. Customer service is horrible and SLOW!!

TRASH!!!!! Chicken is very tough. It's like chewing gum.

Just to bad food can be good but gotten old chicken twice cold and chewy from location. Seems like all popeyes gone down hill and service is always rude people to bad ot suck stay away don't recommend this place

I had a very disappointing experience at Popeyes. I went through the drive-thru to pick up dinner for my family this Sunday and spent $60, but the food was terrible. First, the cashier didn’t give me a receipt with my purchase, and when I got home,

I discovered that the shrimp dinner I ordered was missing from the bag. The food I did receive was cold and of poor quality. To make matters worse, when I tried calling the store to resolve the issue, I could only reach a generic phone system and was unable to speak to anyone. If you decide to eat here, make sure to ask for your receipt and double-check your order before leaving.

I came to this location yesterday they were on top of it with the order even tho it was busy the Manager Mikayla helped her employees when she saw them struggling and the young shord lady didnt get her name was very kind and help me out with the menu this my first time eating popeyes i loved there customer service the employees are nice most definitely coming back
