Went there for pick up door dash food was ready when I got there and friendly staff

I've been to this Popeyes several times they are always slow and forgetful, I know customer service is hard but they just clearly dont care. I bought wings waited over 30 minutes, just for them to throw the sauce in the corner or the plate and not on the wings what so ever. To make matters worse drink wasnt what I ordered, fries came in a disgustingly soggy bag. I mean my experience was so bad I didnt even touch the food and immediately wrote a review. Not to mention i spent 27 dollars in total for them to package up a hot mess.

I ordered a popeyes purple drink off the app. The staff didn't even know what it was.

My 12yr old went there with a brand new gift card, excited to buy him and his brother a chicken sandwich.
Cashier turned him away and said no money was on it, didn’t assist him, or anything. Just sent away.
I checked the gift card balance when he got home and there was $25 on it.

Worst experience with fast food place I think you can have. Took an hour to get my order. Place is dead, food ordered at 445 and walked out of here at 548. Only 5 of us inside and it took the guy behind the counter over 10 minutes to turn around and respond to people. Only 2 cars came through the drive thru the entire time. 6 workers in the back all looking like they are doing something but no progress. Whoever owns this place needs to completely start over. By the time I got the food it was all cold except for the chicken. Fries soggy and mashed potatoes very watery. I don’t even know if I got the right chicken, no spicy or even hot flavoring at all.

Poor uber and door dash drivers who accepted orders from here, they are standing around furious. At least the place is clean and A/C working well.

Never coming back. The bad reviews are correct, stay away if you value your time and want good food.

I am not one to speak on others’ experiences. I focus on my own. However, Violet was truly the highlight of my 27-hour journey.

Like any other Sunday evening, everyone wants to be home, and not everyone has the energy to remain balanced.

What first caught my attention was her fierce blue-pigmented hair. More importantly, she was attentive to my order and made sure everything I wanted was still available, even as they were preparing to close. Violet became the conversationalist I needed to help pass those final 35 minutes.

My interaction with Violet was meaningful and uplifting. It was truly a valuable moment during a long journey.

This Popeyes location is horrible. I've ordered for pickup at this location multiple times and I always have to wait 20+ minutes for the food to be ready even though I selected a pickup time atleast 30 minutes in advance. When I asked the employee what is the point in ordering for pickup in advance she stated its there store policy to not fill orders until you arrive to pickup. Terrible service.

Extremely disappointing experience, made worse by the fact that Karina is the manager. Her behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of resolving issues or showing leadership, she escalated the situation with attitude and lack of care.

If this is the standard being set by management, it explains a lot. There was no accountability, no customer service, and no attempt to make things right. A manager should lead by example — this was the opposite.

This experience alone is enough to make me avoid this location. Corporate should seriously reevaluate who they have representing their brand.

Had a great experience at this Popeyes thanks to Jocelyn and Violet. They were both super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct. The service felt genuine, not rushed, and they kept a positive attitude even during a busy moment. Food came out hot and fresh, and their customer service honestly made the visit better than expected. Big shoutout to them for making it a smooth and pleasant stop definitely coming back!

Workers where extremely rude I gave them my care and she didint not like when I asked if I could swipe it myself they where very rude after that and didint say your welcome one in the back was laughing at me

went inside Popeyes and ordered a family meal with a fountain drink. While filling my drink, the fountain holder fell inside my cup. I asked the employee up front for a new cup, and instead of apologizing, they just handed me another cup with no acknowledgment at all.
My food came out about 5 minutes after ordering, but it was only warm, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for a while. I asked for a fresher order and was told it would take 15 minutes. I ended up waiting 25 minutes.
By the time I finally got my food, I was already upset and went to my car to eat. Unfortunately, the food was cold again and tasted very bland. On top of that, I noticed that no one was wearing gloves, which is concerning for food safety.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience — poor service, long wait times, and food quality that didn’t match the wait.

Wonderful Popeyes, beautiful service and the food was prepared perfectly, compared to the Popeyes by my residence, outruns by a mile. Girl with blue hair gave me great service and the hair ate down.
