Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

i pulled into the drive thru around 11:10, the store isn’t closed until 1am. i wait about 5-10 minutes at the speaker thinking they may have been busy. i wasn’t greeted or asked to wait so i decide to leave the drive thru and walk inside. before walking in i see all the employees giggling to themselves then walking away as soon as i go inside. i wait another 2 or 3 minutes before anyone acknowledges me (not a single other person in store and nobody in the drive thru). an employee finally takes my order, i get home and see the spicy chicken sandwich that i ordered has hardly a single drop of spicy mayo on either side. so after being completely ignored , i ate a dry sandwich. won’t be back.

The chicken was at best okay. The biscuits were rock hard and inedible andthe diet coke had a taste of soap in it. I didn't complain there I just threw it all out having wasted $18.00.

Emailing corporate for not accepting a valid coupon and for the garbage service we always encounter there.

Charged me for a water cup and would not refund it they are lazy this place sucks

Food was Luke warm chicken was old and dryer than the biscuit, skimpy fries , drive thru had decent time, soda was flavorful at least, won't be back here.

Placed an order at 11:05 while I went to the driver threw waited for 10 mins no answer drove up to the window didn’t see anyone waited til some one came up the window saying we are all out of food but then I seen another worker counting money and cleaning up. This store closes super early just a heads up. Not 12am 🤦🏻‍♂️

Another failed fastfood chicken restaurant in buckeye. I hope they turn it around because Popeyes is normally good. This location has major problems. If the owner reads this please get help.

7/11/23 @4:20 pm Lady with the blonde hair was putting mixing bad fries with good fries and also doesn't know how to read an online order. Instead of coke I got dr pepper and she had no customer service. Ridiculous

I stopped here today for some food after my daughter's orthodontist appointment. She was feeling upset about her braces and the manager apparently noticed the tears in her eyes. He unexpectedly did something very kind for her. It was a simple gesture of kindness but it meant a lot to me. 👍🙏 thank you again kind sir!

Never include sauces, utensils, napkins I’m lucky I got straws this time. Took them and extra 10 mins to add spice to nuggets, that ended up having a drop of sauce and it wasn’t even the right flavor…

The food was good but the dining area needs cleaning , There was 8at least 8 employees there but the tables were not wipe down the floor was not swept, and the bathroom was very dirty. This is supposed to be a newer restaurant but it doesn’t seem that way. They need to have a Schedule on cleaning sweeping and cleaning the bathroom every hour. Also the pop or soda machines was very dirty the counters were very dirty.
