I get the strawberry banana smoothie it's great the service from Lylah her attitude not so much. I just barely started going here but after today probably just going to go to star bucks now.

I come in almost every morning and the same young blonde girl is here. She makes me smoothies perfect and is always friendly even if she is working alone and is busy.

Came to purchase a smoothie and was informed that they cannot take large bills. Due to this inconvenience, I was not able to purchase anything. Going forward….. It would be helpful if they would put a sign up that states that in Advance.

I love that this Robeks is so close to my house. They have the best smoothies and açaí bowls in Arizona. The pretty girl that works there weekday mornings is very sweet too.

Came here to order an avocado toast. I had no problems at a location in Buckeye, but here the avocado served to me was rotten and almost all brown.

Best customer service I've seen in a while. We placed an order online for pick-up and were given the wrong order, but we didn't realize it until we got home. The manager was so great and insisted on bringing my order. I order from there several times a week, and I've never had any issues with them. Always excellent customer service and quality drinks.

Have been going to this location quite often recently as it is close to my job. Always get the same smoothie every time I go there, has been consistently delicious for months. However, last weekend when I came to pick up my smoothie, it tasted noticeably different (not in a good way.) I hated the idea of being a difficult customer, but the smoothie tasted so bad that I went back in and told an employee about it. Said employee seemed quite annoyed about my complaint, first asking if I knew what was wrong with it (I couldn’t tell what was wrong based off taste, just that it tasted nasty) and then hesitantly asking if I wanted a new smoothie, as if that was the last thing they wanted to do. I opted to just see if re-blending it with more strawberries would help, so as to not waste the whole smoothie, and the employee did so with a very obvious fake smile on their face the whole time. Plus the smoothie was still horrible afterwards. The whole situation made me feel wrong for requesting that the drink I had just paid $10 for be made the way it always is. I do plan on coming back, as its only been one bad smoothie out of dozens, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth about this location.

Enjoyed my pina koolada drink. JP2 had a school fundraising event so I went to the store, my first time going to this place, I enjoyed my drink. I’ll be back.
