Slow service, ordered ahead and order was 20 minutes late. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it takes longer than ordering at register? Three employees standing around no one even working on my order before I came in and asked about it.

Wish they would clean up the parking lot. It's packed full of trash and weeds. Really gross.
I just spent 27 minutes waiting for 3 subs in a nearly empty restaurant this is unacceptable for any business much less a deli assembly line I won't be back

The past couple of times I've eaten here, I used the app to place my order. The time to from submitting the order and time to pick-up the food has been 30 minutes...no biggie. What I find frustrating is that the food has NOT been ready at the appointed time. The crew has to ask who I am multiple times and seem to be scrambling behind the counter to get the food over the finish line. You're better off just ordering in the store.

From the minute I stepped in Gabriel was so welcoming and accommodating. He was very helpful and made my time in the establishment and enjoyable one will definitely come back for the amazing service.

I had to use the bathroom before I got my order. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in over a week. Pee was built up on the toilet, which would only happen if it hadn't been cleaned in sometime. Absolutely disgusting.

Today I had the Roast Beef sandwich. The picture on the website is sliced roast beef. I got dry chopped meat, no taste, no flavor, honestly not good. I ate it because I was hungry but very disappointed. The website is very misleading. If you read this, don't waste your money. Stick with the meatballs, that's worth the money. Recommend Jimmy Johns?
