Probably the worst drinks I have ever had the misfortune to buy. No sweetener in any of them and buried in ice. What a shame. Buyer beware.
Just ordered a coffee and I watched the girl make an Americano. I know there are bigger problems in the world, but just say you are out of coffee instead of selling me something I didn’t order. When you are used to coffee, Americanos taste like water.

I just left from the drive-thru here, and the girl working the drive-thru was extremely rude, full of attitude, with zero customer service skills. She interrupted me while I was placing my order to say she couldn’t hear me, then at the window she interrupted me again to tell me to select a prompt on the screen, which was a tip, which I do regret leaving. Her attitude and demeanor were very rude and unwelcoming. 0/10 experience. I will not come back to this location.
Service at this location is great; unfortunately, food/beverages are chain store quality and not stand out delicious.

Someone needs more training. I usually go to the Starbucks at Litchfield Rd and Camelback but they weren't open yet so tried this location again after at least 6 months. Made the wrong choice. I ordered an iced peppermint mocha and it had no mocha or peppermint, just milk and ice barely any coffee. It was disgusting!!! What a disappointment! I see nothing has changed at this location.
I never expect much from Starbucks or any other coffee place, however, this one is different. Very efficient, kind, and fast Starbucks. Honestly, probably the best collection of employees I’ve seen at a Starbucks. Management is doing a good job running the place.

The baristas as soooo friendly I absolutely love the drive through staff in the morning!!! But…no matter how I order, it’s always wrong. I pay full price for drinks and often buy multiples. They are NEVER FILLED to the top. If I ask for cinnamon or pay extra for cinnamon crumbles they are missing. My drink is so simple yet they forget the topping every time. Side note I worked for Starbucks for many many years and my sister for over 10 years. I never say anything or complain as I understand the rush and we are all humane but after my drink was wrong again today I have just had it. I don’t come during a rush I come when it’s dead. The last time I ordered a tea it wasn’t filled at all and it was clear like water!!! Dutch bros down the street fills your drink to the very top and you get your moneys worth. Sadly I will not be asking for Starbucks gift cards every birthday because you don’t get what you are paying nearly $7 for. Im so disappointed and I’ve been such a loyal fan. After 5-6 times getting a wrong drink or half full it’s time to move on. (Btw it’s not just this store it’s a lot of others too)

We go here every week. They always make the drinks to your liking and barely ever make a mistake. Everyone is nice and friendly. During the summer our family has more free time so we ride bikes or run to this Starbucks and get some water and drinks. I definitely would recommend.
Kid-friendliness: They have their own temperature for kids called “Kid temperature” Sometimes they even give free cake pops to the kids.

There are 3 Starbucks near me and this one is by far the worst run. Service is slow and mobile orders are never ready. Waited 15 minutes for an order. No one was in the store. This has happened several times at this location. I now drive an extra mile so I don't wait.

This store is severely understaffed. I asked for 3 drinks and a croissant. I got the 3 drinks and waited about 20 minutes. During this time 2 other people ordered and got their food and drinks. Ok, so they clearly forgot the croissant. I asked about to which Mayaykla scolded me and said "we're very busy and it's only 2 of us! You will get it soon!" At which pint her co-worker threw one into the oven, and handed it to me. This was entirely unnecessary but I also understand they're overworked do to being understaffed. Get your act together Starbucks.
