Just ordered a coffee and I watched the girl make an Americano. I know there are bigger problems in the world, but just say you are out of coffee instead of selling me something I didn’t order. When you are used to coffee, Americanos taste like water.
I never expect much from Starbucks or any other coffee place, however, this one is different. Very efficient, kind, and fast Starbucks. Honestly, probably the best collection of employees I’ve seen at a Starbucks. Management is doing a good job running the place.
The baristas as soooo friendly I absolutely love the drive through staff in the morning!!! But…no matter how I order, it’s always wrong. I pay full price for drinks and often buy multiples. They are NEVER FILLED to the top. If I ask for cinnamon or pay extra for cinnamon crumbles they are missing. My drink is so simple yet they forget the topping every time. Side note I worked for Starbucks for many many years and my sister for over 10 years. I never say anything or complain...
