Coffee was good but they wrote bummy on my cup. I tipped a dollar so how am I a bum?

It was about 8:30pm and I had just eaten a huge dinner. I thought to myself what would satisfy my sweet cravings, and I immediately thought of a wonderful coffee. I went to another location and was horribly disappointed with their coffee, it was very sour, not sweet enough, and overall lacked the flavor and quality that I expect from a Starbucks. I was passing by this location and went inside about 10 minutes before they closed. They graciously remade my drink, and boy did it hit the SPOT!! I will make it a point to come here, because their baristas are awesome!!

I ordered a large iced matcha latte with almond milk 4 pumps of vanilla and it was 8.40 ok, she gives me a small, she took it back with disgust and made a large one. I tried to ask her a question and she was more concerned about the customer behind me. She tells me that I ordered a small. I would have never paid almost 9.00 for a small drink. Bad experience here!

This is a great location to visit, there is a sense professionalism and customer care that you would receive at a Lexus dealership. Faith and her team did a great job serving us last the minute, ( we were THOSE customers) walking in before they were about to close the doors. Without hesitation they greeted us and took our orders with such willingness.

I’ve had it. I always come to this location, and always have a problem, but this was it for me. The last time. I waited ten minutes after my pickup time to pick up a DD order. No biggie, but I kindly went to the counter to get an update, as nobody had even greeted me in ten minutes. There were 5 workers, all looked at me at some point, and no help. Finally a woman came to the counter, I wish I’d gotten her name. I was polite and asked about my DD name. Her response was : “I don’t know? When it’s ready it’ll be up there.” As I was walking away, I saw a bag just sitting by drivethrough. I heard the woman ask another employee, “Can you see if that’s the name she’s looking for?” Guess what? It was. So instead of incompetently saying, “I don’t know.” When a customer asks you a question, try actually doing your job and being proactive, like maybe looking? Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at this location. Th lady that “helped” me doesn’t need to be in customer service. This was 6:30 a.m, and she was the one working front and food.

Large inside dinning area and plenty of room to sit, plus a fairly large Outside dining area. One of the largest Starbucks I've visited. Several tables to sit at and use your laptop or read, etc. Good service from the staff, who are very efficient and seem hard working.

Whoever was working at 3:30 needs to learn how to not treat her clients like a dog and not mess up the drink on purpose well rolling her eyes. A person was talking to someone that was with her and the employee told her to basically be quiet and shut. She has no reason to tell people to shut up, freedom of speech exists don’t forget that.
Very pleased with the wait time and was pleased with the service. Bre was very pleasant and friendly and advised me on a drink that’s now the drink of my choice I will get . While waiting for my drink I saw the interaction of the employees with customers and all were very professional and courteous. I will definitely come back to this store!
