Outstanding customer service, and great products.
Arrived early in the morning to pick up large order of coffee. The app told me it would be ready in 7 to 10 minutes. However, when I arrived I was told that it normally it takes 30 minutes to prepare that large of an order and for me to give them a call next time to give them a heads up. However they worked really hard to get the order together.. They did an outstanding job! Thank you?

9/16 8:15am - The girl at the drive thru right now is absolutely the cutest! She made my day and I’m sure everyone else’s with her “have a perfect morning”. I am honestly trying to figure out how to snatch her up for my coffee shop:)
Stopped here for my morning coffee and met an actual ray of sunshine. I was in a hurry and forgot to get her name, but she was the sweetest, brightest, biggest smiling person I have ever seen. Starbucks is lucky to have her shining her light! Absolutely amazing, made my whole day!!!!!

I been standing at the register from 827 it is 844 now and no one has even acknowledged my presence this is my top 3 worst Starbucks experience I recommend avoiding this place at All costs

Love their iced coffee, which really hits the spot on a hot morning. It's great that Starbucks now offers a pairing discount in the app when you order food and a beverage.

The staff was kind and welcoming. My drink was perfect. My sandwich was terrible. There was nothing on it. The bread was brick hard and dry as a bone. I’ll stick to my coffee. Thank you.

Starbucks has lost their flair... like a bonfire that only has glowing embers. Ordered my drink, spelled my name wrong on cup after I spelled it for him twice... mix of music confusing. Xmas plus oldies. Seating was nice, drink was not up to par, I got the last pumpkin loaf ----- I asked for a ginger loaf. Starbucks got to big too fast, we shall see what the future holds with the semiadequate service.Juan's poor service drops this location to a solid one Star. Ignored then when told about the review put on his happy face. No more att this store.

I'm placing my order by phone as always, there's no reason to make a mistake with extra ingredients that I'm not ordering is terrible. I couldn't go back because when I got to work I noticed it, but I don't think I'm paying $10 for my drink and it's not like me. I'm asking for it

Went in today at 3:45pm to get my half-off venti chestnut praline latte to save for tomorrow morning. Once it cooled down I opened the lid and was sad to see my cup so empty. I’m assuming it, at one point, had some whipped cream in it. However, disappointed in what little amount of drink was in the cup as I was hoping to share it with my husband. For this being a $8+ drink…please fill it up Starbucks

I just bought coffee and the girl running the drive(long pony tail hair) thru at 11:15am on 11/26. She had horrible customer service and very rude. I didn't catch her name but she needs some classes on how to talk politely. She even made a smirk with a facial expression when I didn't tip. Very
