I do not recommend this Subway location. I ordered two sandwiches, and the employee didn’t notice that the wheat bread was as hard as a rock. When I got home and opened it up, it was inedible because the bread was so hard!

I called the store and spoke to someone named Randy. He had poor phone etiquette and gave us attitude. When I asked for assistance, he said, “I don’t know what to do.” Seriously? We requested to speak to someone in charge, but he told us there was no one available. It was disappointing to have someone with such poor customer service handling the situation alone.

Randy mentioned that he would call the store manager, but we specifically asked for the manager to call us back directly. Instead, Randy called us back with the same attitude and informed us that the manager said to bring in the receipt, and they would remake the sandwiches. It’s clear that Randy's lack of customer service skills stems from the lack of training by his manager, who clearly does not prioritize customer care.

We will never visit another Subway again! Subway needs to improve their customer service training, starting from the top down.

Girl working there has no personality or emotions. Acts like this job is a prison sentence, lettuce was browning, spinach was shriveled with age, I don’t drink soda but, all three non soda drinks were out due to no one changing the box of syrup in the back. Lazy staff… Prices are ridiculously expensive and every week it seems the prices ho up. It’s practically $25 for a footlong meal now. Subway needs a strategy to adjust to the local communities income.

The service was subpar!! The food worker didn’t get my order correct and he told me that, that wasn’t what you asked for!!! I ordered a large drink and I wanted unsweetened ice tea and the container was empty and he told me that they haven’t had ice tea for a long time! Suggestion: remove the ice tea containers!!!!!!!!

I was absolutely livid after going and spending 40 minutes to get two sandwiches at 10 o'clock me and my husband the only ones in there. The man who served us was sweating over our food, disgusting. He was an absolute idiot we repeated pur selves 5 or 6 times for each thing when we went to check out our card got declined he measured us that our card was fine which we knew we just used it to buy drinks at the nearby Albertsons. AND we checked for sufficient funds easily 1000 dollars in there so no issue we tried a diffrent card our credit card. Declined we tried atleast 10 times before he said, oh well we can rebute the pos system but that'll take a couple minutes. Fine sure whatever just get us the hell out of here rebute it. It still doesn't work. Okay fien we're leaving my husband's absolutely livid as am I. Spent 4 minutes rest in there and left empty handed. I don't recomentmd this place if you actually want to eat because there pos systems down and that's some how mine and my husband's fault.

Ordered 2 salads online close to closing time. I forgot to tip when I ordered... when I arrived I found 1 lonely kid closing up. Figured my salads were thrown together sloppy as it was late and I didn't tip (honest mistake). The kid (who I'll call K because his name was different and I forgot), made the most BEAUTIFUL SALADS! Put together perfect, he was kind, polite and I just had to buy something so I could give him some money. He helped me pick between a few cookies and let me tell you, it was Gooooood!!!So in this day and age when young people can be rude, careless and lazy, this location picked a good young man. He didn't look disheveled like the employees at the camelback and Dysart location. The resteraunt was spotless also.We love our salads and they were prepared to look nice which is an added bonus.I feel dumb for forgetting the kids name in 2 hours but my memory sucks. Either way I hope he gets recognized for being awesome.

Received a 6" sub to go, when I opened the sandwich the cold cuts where dried out like they had been sitting out for a long time!Definitely not FRESH!

Good: made to order sandwiches. Reasonable prices. I always use the coupons they send in the mail. I like the Philly Steak and my son likes the meatball Sandwich . We go the r e a couple times a month. Great Value .

I ordered with the app. The app said it would be ready @ 2:25. I Arived at 2:24 and my order was hanging and not srarted. 2 young men working 1 waiting on customer and the other one doing inventory. I TOLD them I wanted a refund so I showed the receipt for 28.02 he said he would give me a gift card for the 28.02 but I only got a card for 25.00. I don't think I should have been treated like that.
