I came here looking forward to a meatball sub and they were out at 5PM? I went to Firehouse instead. I don't waste my time coming here anymore. Firehouse always has meatball for my hero sandwich.

I stopped in for lunch today and got a delicious spicy nacho chicken sub. Ashanti was very friendly and talked while she was making a sub. She made me feel like a valued customer. She seemed like she really enjoyed her job. I want to say thank you to her for making me smile because of her kindness.

I didn't manage to get a sandwich here that day. The young lady whom I tried telling what I wanted kept this puzzled look on her face and when I would ask a question she didn't have an answer, and no other team member took time to assist. So I just walked out and probably won't go back

I would like to complain about your employee you have working, he is HORRIBLE, I ordered three subs, I also asked for three footlong dippers and one churro. He said he can’t make my three footlong dippers and one churro because he had to make online orders. I explained that I was here first and he’s working on my order. That it’s not professional for him to abandon half of my order, all he said was “well I have other orders”. As he was being rude to me, people in line started to walk out due to his unprofessionalism. I spent $60 and he was disrespectful and unprofessional. He is an African American with dreads. He doesn’t know how to listen or have customer service ethics.

Everything you want from a subway!! Clean, enthusiastic employees, and everyone was polite. They mastered the art of subs and made mine just the way I like it.

Music was a good volume and they got me in and out quick. Ingredients were fresh!

Not much else to say, if you want subway this is a good one.
