Employee are the worst, have to take classes in customer service, when I order something and does not hear it out , so they want me to drive again through drive through to order again

We went here on 12/2/25 around 7pm and the girl taking the order was extremely rude. My husband ordered a LUX box (as he always does) and when she gave us the total for our order I told her to sub out the cinnamon twists for the chips and cheese (he does this every time we order, and it’s an option when you online order) and she said with an attitude “no you can’t do that right now”?? Ok? So we just say ok that’s fine and pull forward. She was super rude taking our money and didn’t put any of our sauces in the bag. If you hate your job that much then do something else.

I was quite impressed with the blonde woman who works nights. She remembered that I like my receipt printed with my order without me asking, and she’s been a model worker every time I’ve encountered her.

Just went through the drive thru. It is 11/03/2025 now 10:40pm. Got home my food was cold (Mind you it’s only 2 minutes from my house). I wasn’t going to write a bad review based solely on the temperature of the food. HOWEVER, my order was missing “Chips N Cheese”, the chalupa shell wasn’t crunchy, it was cold and chewy pretty much stale, and I ordered cantina tacos that had no chicken in it. I’ll provide pictures and a video of the food. Never going to this location again. Also, I was told that they didn’t have Chalupas and it would take “20 minutes to make”. I threw all the food in the garbage. Mind you all the workers are kids, literally all looked no older than 18. Their customer service was non existent.

Food tast good. Little stingy on portions. Nacho fries were warm with light seasoning on them and taco barley had any meat. Everything had great flavor to bad there wasn't much of it.
