I have been a loyal customer since this place originally opened but for awhile now the quality of the drinks have been on a steady decline. The recipes seem to have changed, drinks don’t taste the same. The soft serve has been broken each time I’ve gone in.
Hopefully they can bring back the originality of what made their drinks good.
Pros: The staff is extremely friendly and attentive.
Usually my friends and I go to teacup to hang out. Well today we were trying to put on share to buy something and the worker told us that if one of us is buying we all have to and I we all put a share in it. It he did not care at all
Their matcha is Soo good and nice employees
Drink was delicious, service was great and wait time was minimal
No pure tea, small disappointment
This place is bunk. Weak drinks, weak service, unclean shop. You're better off going anywhere else.

Great drinks! Got the PHX Sun and it was sooo good! Boba was very good too. Atmosphere is cute and photo worthy. Only down side was no interaction with staff. Waited a few minutes at the counter then saw the tablet to order. Ordered and a while later noticed our drinks on the counter but they never called them out. Recommend more staff interaction but overall clean place and great drinks.

They have THE best milk tea. Which is cool. But really their customer service is what makes this place great. Family owned and the employees are always so helpful and kind and friendly.

.75 extra for Boba. Very good speedy service drink tastes great! All the staff is hot, youthful and friendly! (In none creepy way <3) spent around $10 for this drink
