Tuesday 8:20 pm. They said they closed at 8:00. Google says 9:00 This restaurant continues to disappoint! And I was so hoping they would be a bright spot in the west valley! This is the last time I give “another chance”! FU Craftsman!
Been there once for brunch and once for dinner, and both times the food and drinks were great and the staff was very nice. Will definitely be back regularly.

The leather chairs were comfy, and I enjoyed the decor. We ate around 4:00 so it wasn't very busy. Which was good because the service was great. The food was good but could have been a little better. The pretzel board was fantastic. Hand-made fresh and a good choice of dips. Also, pickles. Could have do e without the corn nuts. Think next time I would try the popsicle wings. They looked delicious.

This is a nice place for a relaxing dinner. Quiet enough to talk and a speak easy in the back is fun for after dinner. The drinks and tacos were tasty! Nice to have a more up scale option on this side of town!

Overall not impressed. The food took way too long to come out.my steak was not medium as requested. Once food arrived nobody was impressed. The waitress was nice but the kitchen is brutally slow. Probably won't be back.

I would have given 3 stars, but felt the Manager, who elected to come talk to me after seeing that I flagged my experience for poor service on their tablet, was confrontational and unapologetic. Came the other night for dinner, great experience. Came for breakfast, do not think I will again. Coffee machine was down. Was served lukewarm water for tea. Had to flag someone down. Did get manager's attention for an Americano, which was fine. My Belgian waffles were supposed to come with maple bourbon syrup. Waiter brought out standard corn syrup pancake syrup for kids' meals and gave that to me as well. I had to figure that out on my own, after dousing my waffles in regular cheap syrup, and flag down someone to help. Syrup came 5 minutes later, about 20 minutes after food was served. Manager seemed to think getting wrong syrup was a non issue. My daughter's meal came with sausage. She didn't get it. Had to ask. Came out about 15 minutes after food delivered, after she finished eating. Manager had no issue with it because, well, it came out. Without my suggesting, they reduced my bill to $36 for an adult, couple sides and 2 kids meals, which was the right thing to do. Manager's approach was lacking.

This place will be closed sooner than later. Subpar food for the price. The taste, presentation, and atmosphere is lacking. The worst part is the price for what you get.

The area is nice, the bar is quiet and it’s a great place to hangout. The food is mid to below restaurant level taste standards. The atmosphere usually makes up for this in restaurants but they charge gourmet level prices which leaves you with a bad taste of the place all together. For them to improve their rating they would either need to improve their food taste or reduce their prices. The quality of the food is up to standard just not the taste

Attempted to eat lunch on the patio today, was told there was no seating set up on the patio and that it wouldn’t be for several months. By the way, there are many tables and chairs on the patio.
We have sat on patio before at this location and the website says outside seating available as well as pets. We just wanted a nice lunch on the patio with our pup. But we’re not given that opportunity. Guess we won’t try and eat here again.
