Great place located in Tempe under new ownership! great service and great fresh menu!

Ate here last night. We got sat and had a sweetheart waitress but how can she do her job when the kitchen doesn’t do their job? We waited over an hour before our food hit the table and then only 2 entrees came out the the other 3 entrees took an additional 1/2 hour. My salad didn’t have ingredients that the menu said it was going to have, my kid ordered from kids menu and how can you mess up chx fingers? He didn’t like them. My brother ordered some shrimp dish with pecorino sauce but it was so soupy with like 5 noodles. Quality of food was crap and the amount that you pay is NOT worth it. When I asked to speak to the manager he came at my table already rambling about the internet and the kitchen not getting the tickets all together. I was like “how is that our fault” they didn’t even ask how they can rectify the situation. When bill came they only took off 2 entrees and I said that ridiculous. I feel the whole meal should have been comped but they gave us 50% off. I’m if their food takes this long they need to warn people at the door before they sit down and ask if they are will to wait over an hour for their food. Service was horrible although I felt so bad for our waitress because she can only do so much. Never again.

This place sucks they way overcharged. No one was in the bar and the bartender took 20 minutes maybe 25 to make two margaritas. They didn’t put any cilantro in it. No jalapeño slices no nothing. It was the worst margarita I’ve had in my life.

The craft cocktails are unique and very tasty. The food is great. Can't go wrong with this place. Make sure to ask for Cas the bartender because she will take great care of you.

This craft cocktail bar is a gem! The drinks were absolutely delicious, but the Bourbon Smash stole the show, perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor. Cassidy, my mixologist for the evening, was phenomenal. Her skill and passion for her craft shone through with every drink she prepared, making the experience feel truly personalized. To top it off, Andrew, the manager, added another layer of excellence. His knowledge of the menu and enthusiasm for the bar’s offerings elevated the evening. From start to finish, the service, atmosphere, and cocktails were flawless. I’ll definitely be back!

Happened to be on that side of town and wanted to watch football game.
Ordered breakfast brunch.
Not very good. Eggs pretty blah, potatoes, no seasoning. Bacon was good. Not hot, just slightly above warm. Christmas music was so loud, no volume for football game.
Only tables inside being used and very few people outside. This was at noon.
Need to improve the quality/ flavor of their food for the price.😐

This is a nice place for a relaxing dinner. Quiet enough to talk and a speak easy in the back is fun for after dinner. The drinks and tacos were tasty! Nice to have a more up scale option on this side of town!

First time at craftsman and it didn’t disappoint. The ambiance was on point and or server John was friendly and knowledgeable and kept the refills coming! On top of the great service, the food was amazing as well and can’t wait to come back.

While the environment was nice and spacious, and I could see this place being packed on a weekend, I don’t feel like it would be. Maybe a small group of regulars at most. The food, considering the price, was horrible. The meatballs were completely inedible due to an overpowering taste of lemon and salt. I like salty foods, but this was excessive. The Craftsman Chicken with Gouda cheese was burnt. I understand it’s smoked, but this was overly cooked to the point of being burnt. The best dish of the night was the side salad. Service could use improvement. I’m assuming our waitress was also the bartender, and the service reflected that—especially with utensils and other details. It was probably just an off night, but unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.

Visiting family excited to try this place out on a holiday weekend. Sat afternoon at 2 literally only 3 tables filled on an 80 degree day in November. Bad sign..
Sat outside on the patio which was beautiful. Drinks were subpar. Waitress zero personality and non attentive. The food was actually pretty good but it took so long for a salad and meatballs that it was hardly worth it.

My husband and I went here for dinner and it was our first time. Our server John was on point, attentive and professional. We were recommended the Smoke Show since all their cocktails are crafted. It was a show to say the least. Besides that the food was amazing. My husband had the burger with white cheddar and fries and I had the filet. For dessert we had a crafted espresso martini. Thanks John and the Craftsman’s we will be back.

The food is superb and the atmosphere is very laid-back. The bartender was fantastic. Shane's drinks are incredible. Overall, a fantastic venue.
