The last few times I ordered in the app, only part of the order was ready when I went to pick it up. The first time this happened, the lady was very rude and wanted me to just accept the partial order. Fortunately, there was a young man who stepped in and verified that I had more to my order. He asked to take a picture of my digital receipt and had the food I was missing made right away. I forgot to ask him his name that time, but appreciated him taking the time and listening. I like to order in the app because I usually have a large order because my family is five people. It helps me keep track of what I ordered and I can prepay. I’ve been using the app for a long time. I’m not sure what the issue is with it all of a sudden, but I still use it because of the convenience. The most recent time this happened, the same young man was the person at the window. He immediately started trying to fix it. He had me pull around and wait for the food. He personally brought the food out to my car and I asked him his name. So, whoever runs Wendy’s on Dysart in Litchfield Park, AZ, Dominic deserves a raise. He is patient and helpful and kind. His customer service is top notch. Thank you so much, Dominic! I hope you see this. You are the standard!

Apparently they don't have vanilla frosties during the holidays? Very stupid marketing plan, but okay. I guess there goes that order. I just went to the grocery store for vanilla ice cream instead. A waste of my time. It's a good thing, though. Apparently they didn't have any cupholders at this location, so it's a good thing I didn't order all the coke floats we had planned on ordering.

Found a worm in my sandwich purchasd here!!!!!!!!! I am so disgusted.
I really use to like their salads. Actually my go to place for salads. The time before this review I thought it was an issue they were just out of Salsa for the Taco Salad and it was replaced with a packet of taco sauce 😝. A couple months latter I order again a taco salad no Salsa (it makes the salad). It was replaced with a Chili Seasoning. What the heck !!! Is this a thing just at this Wendy’s or is it a Corporate thing. Plus the salads are not fresh anymore very brown and wilted. Just really really bummed. Off to @Wendy’s X ridiculous.
