It’s against their policy to fill the frosty up all the way when they short pour (not filling up the cup). The man at the drive thru tells me they can’t do it, even when asked by the customer to do so. For a $13 meal, I’m hoping for better next time. Seems saving on minimal costs is more important than a great customer experience.

Yo I went there on Tuesday 10/21/25 and the sweet and beautiful manager lady with the great locks and glass, and laid back guy with the ponytail working the night shift did an amazing job of customer service. They were polite prompt and attentive and I think they deserve a raise or reward for their excellent service.

I told her I’d promise to do a survey, but I loathe the receipt.

This is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Food, service and cleanliness of restaurant is TOP NOTCH. everyone should make this their favorite!!!!

Wanted to send a some appreciation to the morning crew at Wendy’s #13098. I believe it’s under Jaime’s management. I go through here early am otw to work & have a tight schedule. They’re all always attentive & help get my coffee & breakfast to send me on my way for the day. It’s by far my favorite Wendy’s location & their food always tastes like it was just prepared! Thank you to the entire team!

I had ordered a brownie batter frappe $4.39 on the app for pick-up on September 13th 9:55 PM, while upon my arrival, my food was just getting processed, which was okay. However receiving what I thought what I had ordered and really the only reason I came to Wendy's. I got a brownie batter vanilla frosty which is $2.99, I work night shift, so I was hoping for the extra kick. I went today and pulled up previous order. Today is September 20th and explained what happened the guy said because I waited to long he couldn't do nothing but if I had came a few days before I would have been good? He had processed my order thinking he had covered me, nope just to try charge me full price, funny thing is I would even have paided the difference because I had gotten something of lesser value the 1st time. Wish customer service had done better.

By far one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Very disappointing experience with staff management at this location. Costumer service is a BASIC expectation for fast food and this location lacks it. If you do not want to work or don’t like your job then do not be there no one is making you! Stop taking it out on customers

0 stars. Attitude is to a level 10000000. We placed an order online and decided to pick up through drive thru and they made us GO INSIDE. Easily they could have given us our food through the window. Walked in and my order was sitting on the counter. Made me park and walk inside when we could have been done and over with this whole situation from the beginning.

Took almost 5 mins for someone to acknowledge we were at the window. It’s hot in AZ, very disrespectful. We ordered some food the previous night but did not get everything. I called and they said to mention it at the window the next day. I did, and then they rudely said, “ you need a receipt! It’s not what they said, but how they said it. How about it’s a $3 item and you just do the right thing. The issue, is that they don’t give or offer you a receipt unless you demand it. Would a receipt even show if I got it? I paid for it. I don’t want anything for free, I just want decent customer service, and to get the items we pay for. We didn’t check because they made us drive around to wait for our food the night before. They walked up, handed us our food, and then walked away quickly. Shame on this place. Plenty other options around than to get ripped off by this place.

Employees are rude, they gave me 2 drinks that were disgusting, i went back to see if i can get them changed (cups were still full) and employees seemed really unhappy, making rude faces and gave me attitude. plus the food was not that great I DO NOT recommend this location.

Asked for fresh food upon ordering and was given old food, told by the manager that 1 out of the 3 chicken sandwiches were fresh. Waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes for new order. No receipt, no straws, no napkins and the kid at the window acts as if folks ordering in the drive thru are interrupting his nap time! Get it together folks!! No customer service is unacceptable! Oh and by the way, people can see you wiping away sweat from your forehead while packing food bags when they are forced to wait outside for their orders!! And are gloves no longer required for handling food? Do better!!
