I placed an order on DoorDash for six combos only received two. Spoke to my dasher who informed me he was only give one bag, decided to reach out to the store and just ask them to remake the order and I would come and get it. I was told they didn’t give my complete order to the dash the food never left the store but I would need to allow the restaurant worker to reach out to someone else to see if they could remake my food I paid for that he was able to confirm never left the store. Needless to say I never received my order.

Fries here are the only thing really lacking. Rest of the food has always been amazing!

I come here very often at least once a week. We usally have an okay experience but sometimes the food and service disappoints. The food is okay but many times i have got rubbery pink chicken and the fries are almost ALWAYS soggy. The service is okay but there is some VERY rude, disrespectful, unhelpful employees. Theres also one manger who I tried asking for help using the moblie app and she was very rude and gave me a dirty look and proceeded to say “I dont know what to do I cant help you” Im usally satisfied with my experience but sometimes its a very different story. Definitely finding a new usual spot to go.

Apple Pecan Salad is wilted and brown, 6 little pieces of chicken. I can’t believe they had the audacity to serve this to me at 5114 n Dysart rd!!! Here’s the receipt, I’m disgusted ? Spoke with Manager Kimico she apologized, said she forgot to check it this morning. Next time I will call and ask if she checked before I order another salad.

I'm sorry but I feel obliged to leave a negative review due to the astounding lack of listening.I was ordering an item on the menu and asked for just Cheese and ketchup ONLY on the item. I then asked a question about if there is an up charge for the pretzel bun. The answer was yes so I said then I will just have the regular bun.Somehow that translated to delete everything I just said before and put no bun on it. I then go through the drive thru a second time to correct the order and ask for once again just cheese and ketchup on the burger. Well wouldn't you know it. They didn't listen again and gave my everything on it.I'm sorry but if I was allergic to any of the extra items on the meal I would be livid but currently I'm just mildly annoyed by the poor communication skills.Apologies, but you are recieving one star for an inexcusable lack of communication and possible risk to public safety.

I worked fast food all through high school. Back when they wanted cars in and out of the drive through in about 34 seconds. I waited over 8 minutes. There was no mention or apology when greeted at the window. I'm not sure why they didn't park the car with the order issue. Of course I'll be back but wanted them to know of the service issue. I picked up a Doordash order from this Wendy’s and it was an annoying experience. Despite the posted lobby hours indicating operation until 10 pm, I encountered a locked door at 9:50 pm. Inside, numerous employees seemed to be aimlessly standing around with vacant expressions, giving the impression that coherent thoughts were in short supply. After enduring a 5-minute wait in the drive-thru, I was informed I had to come inside—frustratingly, I pointed out that the door was locked. I was let in and the encounter was awkward and unprofessional. Despite mentioning my two orders, I had to repeatedly ask for the second one. Overall, poorly managed, and even the food smelled unpleasant in my car.
