The crust was ok and the pepperoni was bussin but that’s the only good thing I had to say about the pizza. Too much sauce and cheese tastes like Chuck E Cheese and I mean that in a bad way. Sorry.

This Sbarro is absolutely horrible. Not worth stopping at. I ordered 2 slices of pizza. They told me it would be 5 minutes. Then no pizza for 25 minutes. Then we asked the worker at the counter, they said “10 more minutes”. Then 25 more minutes went by!!! Absolutely horrible every time I’ve been. Never go here.

I stopped at this TA specifically for this, Pizza. Thank you, Ed and Tamara for great customer service and thanks for the little story about your love of Pizza. You really do put it i to your work. As I mentioned, my previous boyfriend used to be an area manager for years for Sbarro opening new locations like the one at the RV in Las Vegas so I know what it’s supposed to taste like and you guys are doing an amazing job and I would really like management to see this Take care of everyone. I’ll be by again.

We drive from St. George to get pizza here as we haven't found a pizza place we like better. It's not possible to call ahead and order (their phone line is down). Wait time isn't bad when ordering a full pizza, or order by the slice (reheaded and crisps it up). We sit in KFC seating to eat (with KFC staff permission).

Asked if they had any specials because the pizza price is so high. The man at the counter said on the Weekend the Cheese and Pepperoni Pizzas are 50 % off. I asked why don't they put a sign out to advertise it. He didn't seem to care. They would have so much more business if they did. I feel sorry for the franchise owner of that store. Pizza had a good flavor. I would go again ONLY at 50% off. Reg price is about $29. It's to bad Employees don't care anymore.
I love that Sbarro is back near me, remind me of many a trip to the mall. I just came here to say the Valley Center KS location rules 💜

Sharro close to me is in a TA truck stop. That does not stop us form getting the best pizza. The crust is soft and chewy. Each piece of pizza has abundant toppings and fresh melted cheese.
