Placed my order online and when I got home I realized they got my order wrong. I called and they said I was at fault but I assured them I did not order the food that was given to me, I double checked. Talked to a manger who sounded like some teenage kid and I offered to bring the food back to get what I ordered. The “manager” if you can even call him that had no solution and said nope can’t do anything for you…why they hired a manager who is not capable of doing his job is beyond me, non existent customer service. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

We’ve enjoyed Barro’s Pizza in the past, but my recent order had a green stink bug baked into it, giving the pizza a horrible, rotten taste. While they refunded me and apologized, this is extremely unsanitary and concerning. I won’t be returning.
Update: I became sick later into the night after my visit, experiencing vomiting, stomach aches, and nausea. I would be cautious about this location.

The staff here is amazing, they go above and beyond whether you're in person or over the phone. This pizza is joint is truly amazing I recommend it to all to come in and sit down or have delivery like I did today either way the staff is amazing

I just moved to Maricopa and got a coupon for a free large pizza. Decided to also get wings.
Wings were horribly dry, threw most of it away. Pizza topping distribution had no care and clumps of toppings were in patches. The way the slices were cut resulted in 2 overly sized slices and a few tiny slivers. The wings were drenched in sauce overflowing onto all the other boxes. And it's horribly over priced.
With that price I would expect some level of quality beyond their toppings..
The staff was nice. The toppings on the pizza and the cheese were of high quality.
It's been years since I have had barros, and it will be several years before I try it again.

Had to wait 2 hours when my order was schedule for 60 min. I called they told me 10 min they are in route didn’t arrive for another 40 minutes.. I left a tip and still horrible service.

Absolutely the best pizza Barr none also great wings buttttt the antipasto a zero.I ordered it yesterday and what a disappointment if barrows bought it from a vendor you need to get a different one.first of all antipasto does not have coutons which my container was loaded with. It had very little cold cuts it also doesn't contain shredded cheese this was a complete miss the only good thing was the salad dressing.
Ordered from this Barros 3X in a span of 2 weeks and each time we would request well done it seems like the pizza would get softer and softer the first two times and the last time it was burnt pretty badly lol the only reason we kept ordering is because the pizza was good after we air fried it to make the dough crispier .. so it had potential but idk . Not to mention each order was at least 70 dollars … anywho that’s my experience. I want to like them but it just wasn’t for me.
