Very clean, friendly staff. We had a large party and they were very welcoming and got our food to us quickly. Their pizza is absolutely delicious too!

The pizza was pretty good, and it seems like their service has improved since my last visit a few years back. You can sit inside or outside, and while there’s still room for improvement, the location makes it a convenient spot to grab a bite. Overall, it was a solid experience.

Barros has been on an up-and-down roller coaster for the past two years. One order is excellent, and then the next three are horribly made. When I order a pizza, all of the bread should have cheese and meat.
I called in today and requested another pizza, and Brad gave the okay, but he made it seem as if I was lying... I used to order here all the time, which was great, but a lot has changed, and I'm done. $33 for two pizzas😬 I expected the BEST🤷🏾♀️

I call the restaurant instead of ordering online. They are so polite and pleasant to speak to. Their pizza is awesome and always hot when we get it. The anti-pasta salad is great too.

I wanted to call in my order but they keep on putting me on hold for more than 5min, I hang up and called again and the same they put me on hold, I got to the store while still on the phone on hold thinking that the were super busy but they were not. I ordered my food and they said it would be ready in 15min. 15 min passed and I went to the counter and saw my food on a the counter, not even inside the oven that keeps food warm and I asked the young lady if that was my food and she said yes My food was sitting there for more than 5 minutes because when I got it it was already cold They got these teenagers working there with zero customer service experience and no adults to coach them

The new place is bright and vibrant, pizza is still real good but the wings were horrible. Overcooked and hard. There was also a ton of sauce on the tray even though wings were covered in it. Again, pizza good wings bad.

1/5/25 @ 6:30pm Maricopa location - Our wings were cold yet overcooked and dry. Our peperoni pizza was so salty and dripping with grease from cheap processed cheese that it was inedible. We literally got up and left our food on the table and went somewhere else. We will never waste money here again.

Waited over an hour and a half for a single large pizza carry out and as Im sick of waiting i request a refund. While theyre trying to process the refund the pizza finally comes out and they try to hand me my pizza i paid for when the cashier snatches it away because i wanted my refund. Thats when i said you still havent processed the refund I’ll take the pizza as ive waited 90 minutes for a reason. The cashier gives me attitude and it takes her coworker or manager to tell the cashier to hand it over as she wasn’t willing to do so. Ridiculous waiting that long to get terrible customer service.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would arrive in 35 minutes. After an hour I call the store for an update on the delivery and it sounded like the order was never made in the first place. However instead of telling me that they just say my order is on the way and it takes another 35 minutes until I receive my order
