Baskin-Robbins

I have gone there quite a bit since open.ing They are always out of something. The store is very poorly stacke. The young man substituted whipped cream with cake frosting on my sundae because the are always out of whipped. Cream. I probably won’t be going back.

How does a Baskin Robbin’s run out of Chocolate 5 times in a 2 month span ? This is terrible. Does someone not know how to take inventory ?

Been waiting on phone over an hour now. Called 800 number due to my card being charged twice for 1 order I placed last week. I want my $ back and someone to actually speak with regarding this issue.

Customer service was great! I gave them a specific Pokemon character & they exceeded my expectations with the design! Thank you! Amazing chocolate mint cake!

This location was awesome! There were so many people there for friends and family night and we got exactly what we wanted thanks to our server Liz! Will recommend to everyone!

I’m so happy with this new addition to our cute town. The CEO was in shop and was super nice, friendly and approachable. He was kind enough to give me free scoops and discount cards. The ice cream was better than I remembered and the staff is super nice. My extra calories will be spent here :)

It’s great having a Baskin-Robbins back in Maricopa! They have a great selection of classic and seasonal flavors, and everything tastes fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a perfect spot to cool off and enjoy something sweet.

Angela is one of the cake decorators at this location. She puts so much care and creativity into every cake she makes, and it really shows. Whether it’s a custom birthday cake or a fun seasonal design, they always turn out beautifully and taste just as good as they look!

I highly recommend stopping by for a scoop, a shake, or one of Angela’s or Paolo’s amazing cakes!

I walked by and was pleasantly surprised that they were open. I was greeted the second I walked through the door with big smiles. The staff is so sweet and helped me find my new favorite flavor, Oreo monkey business. The ice cream is delicious and the staff is outstanding!! Can’t wait to order my birthday cake next month.

Yeah Baskin-Robbins is open!! So many flavor choices and incredible ice cream cakes! The employees were super friendly & gave great recommendations and the line moved very quickly!!
