Seems like when you order through drive thru they don't enter your order on the kiosk right away, they TRY to memorize it, make a great assumption, then charge you. So always have them read back what you ordered before you pay.

I come here sometime to get a tuna sandwich because it's quicker than going to Subway and cheaper. Most of the time that I come here, whether I'm buying a sandwich or a donut, they get my order wrong. I ordered a tuna sandwich today. I told them exactly what I wanted on the sandwich and what I did not want on the sandwich. I specifically did not ask for cheese. But they asked me anyway if I wanted cheese when I ask for them to repeat my order. When I get home I find cheese on my sandwich. I do not eat dairy for specific health reasons. When I say no dairy on my sandwich I don't expect to find it on my sandwich. I am so sick and tired of the incompetence of these businesses in Maricopa.

I went for first time to get a dozen assorted donuts and what they put in was awful. terrible variety. Not one donut that had filling in it ie: Boston cream, jelly etc. They were awful.

We drove from Casa Grande to Maricopa City just to visit Bosa in Maricopa. Devina provided great customer service, and she was very friendly. The store was very clean, and had a great selection of doughnuts. Please visit the store and meet Devina and all of the employees. A must try!

I'm giving every donut shop in Maricopa a 1 star rating for not offering chocolate and caramel old-fashioned donuts through the DoorDash app I think that's absolutely ridiculous how can you call yourself a donut shop!
I don't appreciate being pressured to leave when there is plenty of time left that you are open. I was halfway done with my doughnut at 9:35 p.m. and was warned that I had 5 minutes before they are closed for the night. This happened the previous time I was there. I wish I would have gone to the Awhatukee location while I was up in Phoenix instead of waiting to give my business locally here in Maricopa tonight. Please update your actual store hours or permanently close the lobby if dine-in customers are too much of a burden. I noticed another reviewer had a similar situation.

Former Arizona resident in town working for a month. Much to my delight, there is a Bosa Donuts, with a drive through open at 5am. I love their Apple Fritters and Vanilla Frosted Donut. Fast drive through service and I'm on my way to work.

Went through the drive thru and order a couple of breakfast sandwiches, a couple of Vietnamese coffee and a dozen of assorted donuts (50 bucks later) coffee and sandwiches where on point but in the other hand the donuts were cold and old (soggy). Normally they are pretty good at it but today they where way off!

I ordered 5 dozen donut holes 4 drinks, and a bagel sandwich. They gave me 4 wrong sandwiches….left the drinks and donut holes, disputing transaction and not going back. Can’t get a simple order right and ruins breakfast for my entire family. Wasn’t even going to sit there and try, definitely not going back. Like the 10th mess up in a month.
