Update 3/1/25: I ordered three impossible Whoppers and a medium fry and I got home and I only had two burgers in the bag. Now I'm here in the Drive-Thru again to get the third burger that I paid for and didn't receive and I'm looking at the sign on this door that is wide open and it clearly says "this door must remain closed at all times"
Probably so flies. Don't get in there and get on the food or something. I have no idea but clearly they're having some struggles at this particular location. The previous sentences were written while I was waiting in the Drive-Thru. I have now made it to the window and I clarified for the gal. I would like to have an impossible Whopper with no onions and no ketchup and add cheese. She said okay and she went back there. Talked to people who are making it comes back with my burger. I open it up and I look at it before I drive away and I there's onions on the burger for crying out loud. Is it so difficult? I don't understand why I'm having difficulties here. And then she accuses me of making it difficult saying the burger that I left behind only had pickles and mayo on it. Well I don't know what it had on it cuz I didn't get that burger. I re-clarified thanks so much!

A week ago I made an order on their app. One of the items was for an Oreo milkshake and then upon arrival they said that their machine was down and they couldn't make milkshakes. They substituted it with a cherry slushie Aunt said that they couldn't give me my money back instead because I ordered it through the app. It's Burger King so considering that it was what I expected. They got my order correct and the food was hot.

I needed something to tie me over while I ran tours. I ordered a bacon cheese burger and cheeseburger delux with a diet drink. The burgers were good, except they were overloaded with pickles. Burger King does not have the best tasting pickles. If you like pickles on your burger, I would recommend Carl's. And while I could have had it my way with no pickles. I always forget to order without pickles at the drive-thru. The seven dollar meal would have been three dollars four years ago. I did think it was worth three dollars.

I thought I would give them another try and was disappointed. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and they tried to overcharge me by more than double. The sandwiches were full of mayonnaise. Is it that hard to make a sandwich correctly?

When I walk through the door the place was very dirty, workers were standing around talking, I ordered my food and they put it in the bag and never gave it to me and people came in after me and were served before me. If I hadn't asked where's my food it would have been sitting in that bag all day long. Wrong! Dirty place was very dirty. They didn't even say hi or have a good day. Served me with an attitude. Every customer matters it brings u money!!!

Unprofessional, Lazy, False advertisement, are all words i would use to describe this location. I went here 45 minutes after they ”opened” they had a sticker on their window saying the drive through and dine in where open starting at 6 on christmas eve but when i came through all the dine in lights where off and not a worker to be seen. I knocked on the window and waited for a good while even other cars came and went. There where cars parked out front so i can assume there where workers but they where just slacking. SHAME

They got a bunch of kids running around doing everything but their job, restaurant was filtly as i watched the manager throw french fries on the ground. Avoid this place at all cost
