Food was great! I ordered 2 barbacoa burritos, they were big and tasted amazing. Only thing was is that the meat was alittle dry and flavorless, but the salsa made up for it.

Today, I tried Burrito Loco SOS, which is a kitchen located in a mobile trailer, and parked in the parking lot of a local Maricopa business. There’s a menu near the service window. I asked the guy in the window what comes on the Asada Burrito and he mentioned beans, rice, onion and cilantro. I ordered this minus the cilantro. The total was $14.19 and the card reader suggests that the patron provides a tip as well. It only took a couple minutes to prepare my food and I was on my way. It’s a decently-sized burrito, but I was expecting Carne Asada instead of ground beef, so that was a bit of a letdown. Inside the bag was two containers of salsa, two containers of tomatillo sauce and two containers of a runny guacamole. The runny guacamole sounds unappetizing, but will easily pour from the container whereas traditional thick guacamole would not be able to be poured. I really didn’t find any beans inside the burrito which makes me question if I really heard him say that beans were included. I actually prefer burritos with more meat and less filler, so the lack of beans was a plus. Also a plus is that it was not greasy. The service was great and the burrito was decent but not great. It was worth a try, and I’m glad I tried it, but I probably won’t be back.
Parking: Food truck parked in a small parking lot belonging to another local business. Not many parking spaces are available.

The establishment is remarkable, offering exceptional tacos. It would be advantageous if they extended their services to include breakfast. Undoubtedly, this is the most outstanding taco truck in Maricopa.

DAMN GOOD FOOD. and a nice guy. And fast food level of efficiently getting your food to you. Went there back to back. I say keep the truck, get bigger and train someone and get 2 or 3 more and spread the love this food has around.
