A friend put in an application. After checking back twice still no call. Staff plays Gatekeeper and will not pass out any numbers or email addresses. What I hate about these types of restaurants is the complaint that they dont have enough staff yet no one can be bothered long enough to call people who want to work. If your hiring immediately state it. If you just trying to build your bench then say that too and don't waste people's time. From Crew to Managers it takes forever. No wonder we keep seeing the same ads on Indeed.

Josiah wowed us this evening. Such a young, polite, well-mannered employee. His genuine demeanor is such a rarity, that we encouraged him to keep being him. He was super conscientious and wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. Definitely a keeper and he is going to go places. Can tell he was absolutely raised well! First coming into Carl's Jr not much of a fast food person, absolutely loved the atmosphere and Alma or server was thr best. So helpfully polite and even checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our food. She let me know that they have an app so I can start earning reward points. Will be coming back again for sure.

We came two minutes before closing time, but the employees stayed at least fifteen extra minutes to serve us. They did give me fries instead of onion rings, but those were good, too.

This store will have you waiting at the counter forever and everyone looks at you like you are invisible. I had to walk out and go to Culver's, you will definitely get good service there. Carl's Jr will not last long. Customer service is so sad. But they will look at you but not give you service. 😵💫😵💫😵💫
