Love the honey chicken bowl!!!! The food tastes great and the portions are huge !! Love this place
Service was not great, she forgot multiple things including drink, chips, sauce. she did a lot of talking to her staff just chit chatting instead of taking orders.
Rice was uncooked meat was raw this was my second time they will take no accountability bbb will be contacted
Why don’t you guys close the store if there nothing to service and limited options to service ? And my chicken bowl with pinto beans doesn’t taste as usual ? Hope there should be minimum quality ? High risk if you guys don’t revisit how you are preparing the food. Have some minimum respect to people to trust stores like chipotle
Well it was amazing,NOT. I have been to the Maricopa location 5 times and every time they are out of something. I cannot believe that you can run a business this way. I am a logistics engineer and cannot imagine telling my customers that I don't have something that we supply every day. Amazing. That would be the equivalent of saying oops no gas today. Crazy, the only reason I went back is because we had great service at mckellips and Stanley in mesa. Went back to Maricopa, cut your losses upper management I have problems hiring people too!! But it always works out
Wasn't made the way I asked, ordered online like a usually do. Also took 20 min longer and it wasn't the drivers fault.
The people that worked there seem to be very snoddy and not very helpful
Most of the staff with the excepting of Evette and cam are rude. They’re always out of something. They open at 10:45 and often they will not unlock doors until 11am. Poor serving sizes
Food is great but my order was wrong. No way to call the store just send you through hoops with a robot. Was a doordash order but not their fault. Chipotle sent the wrong order, label was right but the burrito inside was wrong. Had to drive out even though defeats the purpose of why I got doordash and when I got here people were nice but when I asked for management he took a while. When he came out didn't not apologize or anything. They did re male my order but I had to wait in the long line that had formed. So I am giving them a 2 for re making but otherwise they need better management.
These worker actually care! I have severe food allergies, they took great care of me and my food!
The gent that was cleaning the grill was doing a thorough cleaning. I felt safe.
My only criticism would be, please fill the sides cups all the way.
They did perfect in every other aspect. They all were so nice and kind. As well as, being a pretty location. Thank you!

i came in and it’s at least 7 employees working yet one person was on the line. the two managers just kept looking out at the line getting longer and longer and did nothing. They are all rude and the food is trash. I wish they had better management to actually have good employees. Then they told me they couldn’t give me any honey because they don’t have any in store. then turned around and said they don’t let me give any out. They are always running out of everything. The guacamole always have the actual peel in it. I wish they would shut down this location and open a new restaurant. they’re a waste of space.
I used to work as a kitchen manager at this location. This isn’t the first time they forget things. I usually go to the casa grande location because they’re happy and greet people and this location has forgotten so much stuff for my orders online but sometimes greet you. I live In the middle of this location and casa grande, today I wanted a veggie bowl with their cheese…OMG HOW I LOVE THE CHEESE. but got nothing. it’s ridiculous and I really mean on my order they didn’t put anything, they must’ve overlooked that. I know how hard they work because I’ve been there. Im spending so much money, that is also annoying. I wanted my veggie bowl with cheese. And the side of queso they gave us is pathetic. We paid for a large queso and an extra side queso… because we love queso… and we didn’t get our side of queso requested the way we wanted. No shredded cheese for my veggie bowl and a half filled cup of queso when we also paid extra for more…
Customer service was horrible and one of the workers was upset that myself and other customer came in an hour before closing. Will never be going back there!
Walked in as the only 2 customers going to order. Right off the bat all the employees behind the counter were rushing as if they were in the middle of a lunch/dinner rush with 40+ people in line. I told the first guy I wanted a bowl to go and he started the process for making my bowl. Before I could tell him double rice the next guy was already asking me what beans I wanted and had my bowl in his hands only to then have to give it back to the first kid to get double rice.
I proceeded to go down the line of protein, queso, toppings etc and have to repeat myself on every step because the guy wasn’t paying attention to what I was ordering.
My mom then orders her bowl and is also having to repeat herself along every step because the staff is rushing us through the line and not paying attention. Again we were the only 2 people in line.
We get to the end and order our drinks and chips and per usual we order extra sides of sour cream because they won’t give us a large side of sour cream. We order the sides of sour cream only to then have one of the guys make a rude comment about how many we ordered. Which, in all transparency we wouldn’t have to order that many if they actually filled the cups all the way instead of only 1/2 full.
Needless to say Maricopa Chipotle will be added to the list of vetoed eating out options as this is not the first time we’ve had issues.
Worst service ever, I just left bc I could not get my guacamole remade bc it was a hot pepper in the other one the manager who is extremely rude.
