1st off, I typically only give positive reviews. This time is unfortunately different.
My burrito bowl was like soup, so much cilantro sauce I could sip it. Almost no chicken, 4 strips of lettuce and the littlest pile of cheese ever...

My kids 3 burritos were half the size, maybe. My daughter finished hers in 3 minutes and NEVER is actually able to finish hers normally.

My sons kids meal couldnt even make him 2 tacos...

Not sure if the staff is new, but definitely unacceptable. I called customer service,and they saif they can only replace 4 meals... Which is fine, but 5 were bad of the 6 ordered.

I LOVE Chipotle and have never had an issue with this location, so hopefully its just a newbie that currently sucks at his/her job right now.

This location is seriously the worst. The food is good but the employees just are horrible. They always just want to give you hardly any real servings and just want to rush you out. Even the so called managers are as bad. I enjoy the food but this people need to have better training here asap. Today they don’t even want to redeem my free bday guac code because I had used an entree code. I was like can’t you just ring it up separately. The manager was like you can’t do that because you have to make a $5 purchase. But the code said nothing about that. I said can we try it and see if it lets us. I was ok with buying it if it didn’t work but it was like I was asking them for the impossible. It went thru and she just walked away, didn’t even give me my receipt.

This place has the most disgusting service I have seen The restaurant itself is in horrible shape The staff is beyond disgusting All of them need an attitude check They think they own the place I recommend going anywhere else anywhere is better than Chipotle in Maricopa Arizona

We got there to get food and by the time we reached the counter they were out of chicken and not intending to supply more even though it was fifty four minutes before closing. I am very disappointed

look I don’t go out to eat much and usually chipotle is my go to. Their food is almost good and the atmosphere makes me feel welcomed. What bothers me is their very poor service. Tell me why I stood in front of the line for damn near 5 mins and no one served me or asked what I wanted. I’m not even tryna be a Karen this is my first bad review ever lmao. The two dudes just kept makin jokes and laughing in my face about some 6-7 joke bro I kid u not 😭😭. Then I thought the manager chick was going to come the rescue but no she just yells at the other two dudes asking “ WHY ISNT THIS ON??” and points to the Tortilla warmer. no “please give us a second” no ”just wait one moment”. I would understand if it was during a rush but there was no one behind me and they had two door dash orders. I’ve worked a 9-5 before and understand it’s not the best but NO way can u treat ur customers like that. food is good though

I had a very disappointing experience with a pickup order at my local Chipotle.

My order was scheduled for pickup at 8:30 PM. When I arrived, I was told they would start working on it. I was asked for my name three separate times, yet after 10 minutes, nothing had happened. I was then asked for my name again, waited another 10 minutes, and still my order had not been started.

During this time, I watched multiple customers walk in and place in-store orders and receive their food without issue, while my prepaid mobile order remained untouched. The ticket was still on the magnet and had not even entered the preparation line.

When I asked if I could simply place a new order, I was told no, and that any refund would have to be processed through the app. I requested my receipt, which shows the promised pickup time as 8:30 PM, yet the receipt itself printed at 8:49 PM, confirming that almost 20 minutes had passed and my food still was not being prepared.

I likely would have waited even longer had I not spoken up. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, especially for a prepaid pickup order that is supposed to save time.

I am requesting a full refund and would appreciate acknowledgment of this issue so it does not continue happening to other customers.

They seem to always make my burrito perfect. The burrito I had today was heaven in my mouth. I’ve been to Chipotles all over the country, and I think this location may be my new favorite. They really do such a good job here, and those burritos are wrapped TIGHT! I’ve never gotten a loose, sloppy burrito here. Tight wrapped burritos the size of babies. Chips are usually good here. However, they could use a bit more salt and lime.

This is honestly the absolute worst chipotle I have ever been too the quality of the food has dropped drastically and the customer service is a joke the cashier is sagging his pants, wearing his hat sideways, on his phone at the cash register, and just blatantly rude he honestly shouldn’t be working with customers this was the last time I will eat at this location this time and the last few times before the food was just bland and dry not worth the money at all!
