Such a disappointing visit, I placed an online pick up through DoorDash. When I got there the girl working on the online orders told me she didn’t see my name on their screen. I showed her my order confirmation and information, just for her to tell me that she had given it to someone else. She said that some other person said my name but that’s not possible and I’m pretty sure she was just covering her mistake of giving out my order. I asked if I could just get my order remade then because it was her mistake and negligence, she told me she can’t remake my food (that she gave away) and that I needed to issue a refund then replace the order if I wanted my food that i had already paid for. She was so rude and wasn’t willing to help me out, this was ridiculous. How are you going to make a mistake and give out someone else’s order and then not fix YOUR mistake? Worst service I’ve ever experienced. There was a sweet girl that then tried to remake my order and that same girl that gave away my order told her that she wasn’t allowed to do that.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to make a cheese quesadilla in person and has to be done online but duplicate sides of item are not allowed. Explain to me how do you place an order that is not available through basic check box. Claiming corporate policy but when they were showed the response from corporate that they should honor the request it was absolutely refused.

Not to mention how disgusting the line looked that the counter had not been cleaned as stuff was caked on the counters. In addition 9/10 times they are always out of meat.

Every-time I order online and pay more $$, the portions are tiny and they forget to put things in it, such as guacamole which they charge extra for. Customer service says they will “pass it along” yet it happens almost everytime. Save your money or go inside and watch them make it.

Don’t risk ordering online and order in person I guess. I paid an extra $5 for the smoked brisket and there wasn’t one piece of meat in my burrito. Maybe they don’t sell it anymore idk. But be so fr, I know they could’ve put SOMETHING in there. That was literally so ridiculous and greedy to take my money and put nothing as a substitute at least

Went to go pick up my order at Chipotle my name was on the bag once I got home and opened it the food was for someone else completely wrong. I went back to the store to get my order done correctly. No apologies at all at least. Then on the side an employee was suggesting to another employee to reuse the food that I had just dropped off for that person that was expecting it.

I walk in to order my 9 year old a large Quesadilla, to my surprise "I must order in the app" and not in the store, "However" I can get 2 small chicken Quesadillas, just not a Large one AND I had to get the meal with the kid quesadillas btw, this new rule is ridiculous and I will rather make My own Quesadillas. Avoid going save ur time. Or hope u have the app, for those who don't have technology, good luck!..What a joke!!!

Just ordered online it was all rice and cheese in my bowl hardly any!!!!! carnitas and beans!!!!! Will not go back unless i watch them make it… total bullshit
