Overpriced a la cart garbage. Ordered prime rib that was cold and loaded with gristle and fat.. $42.. mashed potato was terrible.. they were stiff as cement.. unedible. My date had shrimp scampi with lobster and scallops.. they ran out of scallops.. didn't offer a substitute.. couldn't find any evidence of lobster. The waiter shrugged his shoulders when we asked. Also ordered crab cakes.. $26.. 2 small crab cakes on tarter sauce.. salad was the only decent food. I was shocked at the low quality food and the very slow service. It too 50 minutes to get cold prime rib and scampi.. waiter was rarely around.. the bill was $160 with tax. Prime rib, scampi, salad and crab cakes.. no drinks.. save your money

The food was great, and the service was awesome. A little on the steep side though you definitely pay for it. It was definitely worth it. Great for special occasions like anniversaries

Best salmon ever hands down and mashed potatoes and the asparagus was absolutely delicious. And I highly recommend the bread pudding, taste just like French toast. Dylan was training and he did a wonderful job 💯
1,000% Outback Steakhouse quality, but with astronomical prices. My baked potato was stale, a day or two old and cost $8.95. Sides are NOT included with entrees. Service was good until it wasn't. Server was super good with our 3 kiddos but the place overall is not kid friendly. Overall food was yummy but not worth the hefty price tag. Would we be back, probably not.
We visited Chop, Block and Brew for dinner for the first time, and it exceeded our expectations. We started with the Spinach Dip, which was rich and paired beautifully with the warm bread. The Hand Crafted and House Specialty cocktails were delightful and expertly mixed. For my main course, I chose the Atlantic salmon with Maître de butter, garlic mashed potatoes, and sautéed cremini mushrooms. It was the best salmon I've ever had at a steakhouse, and I've been trying to replicate it at home ever since. My partner enjoyed the Caesar salad topped with grilled chicken breast, which was fresh, crispy, and the chicken was both flavorful and tender. The service was outstanding, and the ambiance was inviting. We will certainly return to explore more of the menu. Thank you!

I usually suggest Chop Block and Brew to out of town guests as a nice place to have dinner as Maricopa is very limited in dining experiences. I was told that this particular evening the food was mediocre at best, but beyond that I was alarmed to hear their personal ID's were required with their credit card payment. I don't recall in the past ever having to present CB & B my ID card with my credit card when paying for my meal. This requirement seems a little low end for an upscale restaurant and I'm surprised it's required from your patrons.
I want to like this place food looks good but 3 times here last 2 months.and all 3 misses 1 st time.. there SPEACIAL 30th steak and fettuccine the steak had more fat then meat left 3/4 of on plate .2nd time met a friend he was so exited reading reviews apps were good but when his steak came out looked great but after a few bites he looked at me and just took the piece out of his mouth said it tasted funny ...he then cut me a a new piece from otherside and yes tasted like well can't explain maybe old left over we couldnt figure It out he ate half my order and the sides ......AND 3RD my wife and I went last night we order the ribs to share and spinnche dip was amazing but ribs ...watching my wife try to slice them to share lol I thought she was playing ...she coulndt do it when I tried it was tuff but when we took a bite it was like the ones you buy and grocery store cold and they say heat them up and grill.or oven .....well I guess they forget to read the diractions on how long very cold ....Very disappointed in this place don't know if I'll go back I want to just 0-3 for me ...hope you guys have better luck

I've eaten here several times and had fantastic service however tonight we had a young man named Brandon who was way too busy to be bothered with a 2 person table even though my companion is seven stars and we had a $180 dollar meal. Absolutely the worst service I've had in years.

Had to wait an hour for our food, just 2 entrees, waiter didn't order food right away, hardly any customers there, my chicken picatta, the chicken was good but the linguine was dripping in greasy gooey butter, it was tasteless! A lemon sauce would of been great! Greasy butter no, not good!

This is just not a place for people who enjoy good food. You pay what would be a reasonable price for a good meal in a high quality restaurant but neither the food nor the atmosphere meet that bar. We wanted to eat before a concert but would have been better off with an ice cream bar from the snack bar next door. The coconut shrimp app was very large, but mostly because it was caked in a huge breading then deep fried, which served to cover up most of the flavor. But not enough as my wife took one bite and left the rest. It’s the sort of food that leaves one ashamed that you ate any of it. Same with the lobster app. The chicken main just tasted funny so I picked at it a bit then left it, same for my wife and her steak. The guy at the next table had the onion soup. For some reason the chef put fried onion crisps on top of it. What possible reason is there for that- does he think that deep fried makes everything better? If you have to visit this casino just eat somewhere else before you go. We just left most of our food. Front desk and wait staff were very nice at least.

The garden salad, orange glazed smoke chicken and garlic potatoes were great! However the Brussel sprouts and carrots were almost raw. Which was not a nice taste in a person’s mouth. The carrot cake was dry.

Went for anniversary and our waiter did not introduce himself and took our drink order. Then after a good wait my wife flagged him down and the drinks were sitting at bar. He only had two other tables and they were done. Asked manager if they were busy and he said absolutely not. So got drinks and decided if this was the service we were not going to spend a ton of money for a bad experience. Paid for drinks and left. The same lousy service as last time we were there so never again. And the decor is of a cheap steakhouse.

The house salad has got to be the best salad we have ever had. The prime rib was delicious too. Our server was great. We will definitely be back for more.

Food was decent However what was super weird was that we were seated in a semi private room because we had a party of six There was a tv in the room and we wanted to see a game that was currently playing We asked to turn on the tv and they said it was $100 to turn on the tv What the heck? Kind of brought the class level of the restaurant way down
