just got turned away from 67th and deer valley. I was told first there were no tables...funny. I could see the tables and they were empty. Then the host made up a story that they were out of everything and the waitresses didn't want her to seat anyone. heck of a way to run a business. I see why you went out of business in San Diego. my money and my friends will be taking our money and business to ZIPPS down the road. you would be wise to do so as well.
This place is a joke. Jack is such a bad manager. We went to to a family gathering and we were at the bar since 5pm. I let the hostess know that I had a party off 8 and they would arrive at 6pm. She stated no problem. My party arrives and they tell us it will be 20 minutes. No worries. We wait 30 minutes. I asked the hostess when our table will be ready she stated that they were busy and they would be another 30 minutes. I said no worries. 7comes along and no table. I ask for...read full review

The biggest appeal is sitting at the outdoor bar, with a great atmosphere and wonderful staff. It is a great place to go watch games or fights! Everyone's here for sports. The service is good and the staff is friendly and welcoming with incredible customer service. You will be seated fast and won't be left out. Menu items like the Prime Rib Dip sandwich, the Ring of Fire, and the Buffalo chicken egg rolls are delicious. The food was great and the Buffalo chicken sandwich is the best. Salads are great also. While the service may be lacking at times due to a lack of staff, the waitresses are very good. Some guests have mentioned issues with certain burgers, like the all American one being too salty, but overall, burgers are loved by all. The 1000 island burger and P&J burger have received positive remarks, and the beer selections are great. Despite some service hiccups, the enjoyable food and good vibe make this restaurant a must-visit.
