one of the best, brightest, & cleanest cold stones i’ve ever been to. staff was amazing - they were all super friendly and patient with me when making my decisions, even one of the managers Luis popped out to say hello & ask how things were going. 1000/10 will be back, the staff & ice cream couldn’t be more perfect.
I stopped into Cold Stone Creamery and tried the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory chocolates that they sell—WOW! The quality and flavor were absolutely amazing. You can tell it’s premium chocolate from the very first bite.
On top of that, the customer service made the visit even better. Luis was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel personalized. Great product + great service = perfect visit!

The employees were SO nice and helpful, I hadn't been to a cold stone creamery in years so I was a bit lost 😅 but they were patient with me and I will DEFINITELY be coming back in the near future 😋
