Copper Cactus Grill at Harrah's Ak-Chin

Bacon egg and cheese came with a very oily hash brown. It was nice but the bread didn’t hold up very well it started to fall apart and become flat half way through eating it. My partner ordered a chicken strip meal which came with fries and two cups of ranch. He enjoyed the chicken but wasn’t a fan of the fries. We shared a ridiculously overpriced cup of strawberry yogurt with whipped cream on top which was fine it was your average strawberry yogurt placed in a cup and sold for $7. The tables are quite close together and the heavy cigarette odor is tolerable I guess you can say but maybe not the best place to dine in with children.

Susan greeted everyone. She is friendly, efficient and ran operation smoothly. She made sure everyone was taken care of and made sure orders were correct. Such a delight!

The buffalo chicken wrap was drenched in buffalo sauce, couldn’t taste anything else. My son had the buffalo fries and hardly any chicken at all! Over priced for sure and quality is subpar at best.

This place has steadily gone down over the last couple of years. Teri the cashier has been rude the last couple of visits. The teriyaki chicken was disgusting. Very disappointing. Ak-chin a casino of your caliber needs to do better..especially when you charge premium prices for garbage meals at a snack bar

Been here several times over the past few years. It is pricey but have always felt the food quality, quantity and taste is worth it.
We usually have day trips to various parks or areas within the Phoenix/Tucson area and grab the egg bacon and cheese croissant sandwich to share in the AM. Tried the Kung pao and it was also surprisingly good and quite a bit of food. Will try more of the Asian dishes in the future.

Prices have gone WAY up and the service WAY down. Our food was sitting on the shelf for about 7 minutes before they acknowledged us or triggered our buzzer.

I ordered 2 orders of chicken tenders with chips and a ice tea. I was told this time that I could not order a cookie if I was using my food credits. But last Thursday I could only buy a cookie was if I was using my dining credits. So confused, what is wrong with selling the cookies they're great.

So the chicken tenders I received today were burnt crispy they snapped, the meat was so dry and they were the size of chicken mcnuggets and smaller. Very sad food no one cares, shouldn't we look at what's being served, and making the customers liking what they're getting so the come back.

Need to figure out the dining credits if I can buy a salad in the other restaurants using my dining credits and it's ok why can't I buy a cookie at copper cactus makes no sense.

I like their chicken quesadillas; and I liked the tacos, but they were discontinued . HOWEVER .THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND SLOOOOOW !!!!
I asked for xtra salsa, did not get it; pointed it out, asked for it but it was refused. To add insult to injury the chicken quesasdilla came without chicken; this last time GOOD luck trying to get them to correct their mistake !

I don’t usually write reviews but felt like I needed too. I was there 12-21-24 and waited in a long line which was ok. I didn’t mind waiting. When it was my turn the older lady at the counter just left without saying she would be back or going on break. The younger one was taking all orders and called me over. I asked why the older lady didn’t state she was leaving and the young lady got upset. I treated her with respect when I asked that question. I informed her it was rude to just leave and not say anything. She stayed @I don’t say anything when I leave on break” I explained to her that a simple sentence would be great to let people know they are going on break or leaving for the day. She was really upset as I could tell by her facial expressions. She took my order and gave me the food buzzer and I sat down. I watched as other people who had ordered after me got there food and I had not been beeped. I went up and spoke to younger woman after waiting 30 minutes. She was annoyed and told me it would be another 3 minutes. I believe that I didn’t get my food because I asked a simple question. I love going to AkChin all other workers in that casino are always helpful and polite. I go to Cactus grill often and I’m always amazed at how they treat people. The two woman I encountered on 12-21-24 are always ignoring people and talk amongst themselves. On a happier note the cooks are always kind and considerate.
