Great to find a vegetarian & gluten friendly options in a meat kingdom restaurant. I like the veggie patty & the gluten-free bread. The only hiccup was that the bun was half frozen, but they rectified it with another fully warm bun. Delicious!

I recently came in and The place was clean but the employees were very loud and rude. They are extremely inappropriate talking about their personal business and I had my daughter with me she didn’t need to hear about the inappropriate conversation they were having. On top of that the person who took my order was withholding a conversation on the side with a fellow coworker and she messed up my order. They seem to be out of order and having too much fun back there. Side note: When I told the cashier my order was wrong she had an attitude and proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not double checking she got the order correct. Her name was Jessica and her name tag said manager so I was confused as to why a manager is conducting herself with such a negative attitude. I definitely will not be going back and wasting my money on such a horrible experience.

It's a hit or miss depending on when you go. I like the sweet treats here and only sometimes get food. My pet peeve tho is when they hand you the cup and its sticky or dripping with sauce or something else it touched. Please. Im begging. Wipe the cups at the drive thru. Takes 2 seconds and I don't have to get that look when I ask for napkins. You know the look.
Besides that staff is usually friendly and food/treats are well made.

I've been here a few times. It's not terrible. I maybe had one mix-up in the past but most of the crew here are very helpful and want to make things right. That's my experience anyways. The curds are what really drive this place. My kids like it.

On May 3rd 2025 I ordered at the drive thru. Cashier repeated it back to me which was correct. We received our items, however we didn't get the loaded butterburgers. We got burger & cheese on a bun. We ordered diet cokes and got rootbeers. I understand it was a very busy time but cashiers really need to make sure customers get the correct orders.

I am shocked and the only reason I paid is because I am absolutely starving. $42 for 2 3 piece fish meals! And then when we asked for more than 2 tartar sauce we were told we would have to pay extra! I am literally shocked! Could have paid that for a sit down restaurant! And then to top it off the fish was soggy! We will not be back! She was rude taking our order too. For $42 two fish meals at a fast food restaurant I better be getting a warm towel and scalp massage at the drive up window not some rude attitude. Absolutely ridiculous!!
