Worst service ever, always miss items, cant seem to pull it off. If you cant effectively complete an order in one bag then bag each order seperate so at least the customer can check it while in the car. I wont be going back to this place ever as they owe me over $200 in missed items, i don't have time to keep going back after I get home to get my food that they forgot. It should just close down and move out of maricopa, so we can bring another restaurant in that could actually get it right.

Great to find a vegetarian & gluten friendly options in a meat kingdom restaurant. I like the veggie patty & the gluten-free bread. The only hiccup was that the bun was half frozen, but they rectified it with another fully warm bun. Delicious!
I recently came in and The place was clean but the employees were very loud and rude. They are extremely inappropriate talking about their personal business and I had my daughter with me she didn’t need to hear about the inappropriate conversation they were having. On top of that the person who took my order was withholding a conversation on the side with a fellow coworker and she messed up my order. They seem to be out of order and having too much fun back there. Side note: When I told the cashier my order was wrong she had an attitude and proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not double checking she got the order correct. Her name was Jessica and her name tag said manager so I was confused as to why a manager is conducting herself with such a negative attitude. I definitely will not be going back and wasting my money on such a horrible experience.

It's a hit or miss depending on when you go. I like the sweet treats here and only sometimes get food. My pet peeve tho is when they hand you the cup and its sticky or dripping with sauce or something else it touched. Please. Im begging. Wipe the cups at the drive thru. Takes 2 seconds and I don't have to get that look when I ask for napkins. You know the look.
Besides that staff is usually friendly and food/treats are well made.
