Large order for a large family dinner. My idea, hamburgers. Of course, disappointing is an understatement. Called because my hamburger was inedible. Made with ingredients I asked to be removed. Bread SO soggy. Missing upgrades. Half of the hamburger missing. Manager said if you don't come back tonight for a remake you will need to wait a week and a half for voucher. Zero care or surprise that 10 of us were looking at food that looked gross. Gross and rude.

I don't eat fast food much, but when it comes to burgers Culvers usually has great food. Today, not so much. My burger was cold and had been sitting. The bun and veggies were refrigerator cold. The cheese was cold also, which tells me my order was not made fresh. This is typical of Maricopa. Bring in a great restaurant and destroy it. Very discouraging. I will not be back.

i come here alot and normally get good service good food 0 issues but.... the other day i came in and employee named david was running the drove through window. i placed the order and when i pulled up and he read it back to me and the order was incorrect. so i let him know. mind you he did not take my order. Once I corrected the order that there was a mistake, he then sighed threw his hands up, slammed the window on the drive through shut in a disrespectful manner and very unprofessional, which he then yelled back to the kitchen, saying that the double cheeseburger is now being changed as single as if I misplaced. My order. When simply that was not the case.It was just a simple mistake by an employee.That is an easy and adjustment. When he returned and opened the window with my new total, he gave it to me with a lot of unprofessionalism and attitude.I felt it was very disrespectful and that he is not a good culture fit for the normal experiences People have at culvers. The only reason why it's getting the 2 star is because the nice gentleman I did not happen to catch his name was running the food out to the cars and was very polite, very respectful. When I asked the employee, what the man's name was He kindly shared that information and asked me why

The drive thru person was more interested in gossiping about being “single as an Pringle”and on dating apps instead of paying attention to the customer. I had to repeat my order three times. If I could give a 0 for service I would have. Customer service matters.
