Whoever worked on 10/16/25 at and made my heath bar blizzard at 7:25pm…I hope your pillow is always warm and that you never have a good nights sleep. What you gave me was a vanilla ice cream blizzard with hardly anything in it. Do better

I headed over to Dairy Queen for a little late-night snack. Ended up getting a yummy chocolate sundae with nuts and a refreshing root beer float. Just wanted to drop a quick note with a suggestion - it would be awesome if you could bring back the tropical and tropical blizzards to your menu. Thanks!

Asked for a hot fudge Sunday instead got what tasted like the cheap chocolate syrup you get from the grocery store. Not thick, not hot and not appetizing :(

Earlier in August 2025 two weeks prior - the same thing happened we did Not taste ice cream in the same product.
June 15 2025 - we could taste Ice cream for sure.
When family and I moved to Maricopa 11 months ago - we could taste Ice cream for sure in the Cheesecake Blizzard.
Not sure we are returning back to DQ anytime soon.

In Arizona I've come to realize, that, on some days, when I'm really hungry I need more than just a cool/cold glass of water to cool myself down, before I can even eat. I can tell you, DQ, has what it takes to cool you down and then satisfy your hunger. Me, I first do what mother never would let me do. I order a medium Blizzard 🥛, light on the milk 🥛. I take my time eating the Blizzard, savoring the flavor of every cold 🥶 bite. By the time I am cooled down from the inside out, I've had time to decide on what I'm going to have to satisfy my hunger. Most of the time, I turn to one of DQ's meals. I've found I save money this way because when I wall into DQ, I am thinking 🤔, man I'm super hungry but by the time I've finished my DQ Blizzard, I can only eat one of their medium meals at most, so I no longer find myself stuffing one of DQ's large meals down, and feeling awful the rest of the day. This saves me money and makes me money at the same time because I eat less, and I get more done after I return to work, win win, if you ask me.

Worst fast food in town the lack of an open kitchen is mind blowing and guest service when you’re greeted in the drive thru is far below average if I could rate 0 or negative stars I would. Save yourself the time and money and just go to water and ice.

I stopped by to get something to eat. I was greeted by a lady named Gaby, I think. She was very nice and helpful. She took my order. When the food came out. The food was really good. My order was fresh and complete. I will return to eat here.

Do not I repeat do not go there at night. The staff is either high or drunk, Mabey both. They will struggle to even take your order then leave you at the window for 10+ as they totally forget you are there waiting for your food. This was not a one off case has happened to me multiple times

food is normal but it is SO slow. 10 mins per person is ridiculous. the building is all run down, dirty, small, and a really weird location. it’s gross and kinda creeps me out. the air conditioning thing in the back by the drive through is POURING water. i just don’t get this place and i love dairy queen but this place is ruining it for me and i probably won’t be back.
