Food was amazing, the location is in a great spot, staff was friendly, fast, and helpful. Only downside was, at the time, the AC seemed to be inoperative. Hope the business owner gets the HVAC issue sorted out quickly. The dining area was warm, but when near the fountain drink station, things were downright hot. I can only imagine how toasty the kitchen area was!All the menu items looked delicious, and I can vouch that the pulled pork is an excellent pick. Good number of choices for side dishes as well, all of which are classics.

Love the choices of 1, 2 or 3 meat plates that come with 2 sides & texas toast. chicken breast & sausage are my go to ?

The Ribs are what gets 2 stars, the Chicken was super dry and the Pulled Pork wasn't much better. The sides were "ok". My biggest problem was how utterly nasty the service counter was. If I had seen this first I wouldn't have ordered anything from this place. I understand it's in a Walmart, but cleanliness should not be ignored, especially when it comes to food service. Do Better.

Ribs dry and extremely salty. Very over priced for poor quality meat. Potato salad was good but mac n' cheese was ok. I didn't dine-in but staff was nice when I picked up the order.

From out of town. Wanted bbq bad. Went to the location that's a building here in maricopa and NOPE it's there but they've been moved to inside of Walmart no big deal. Go to Walmart DICKIES is closed sign says 9 it's 8:37 but okay maybe they ran out of ribs and closed early. Went the next day because WTF not. And the gate was closed looked like no one has been in there in hours. At this time it's high noon. So we gave up. If you see them open. Try them out. The deals on the app look fire though

Spent $52 on an order, showed up and the location was closed. So drove to their second location and they can't see my order. They allowed me to call Lewis the Mgr and he said that I was being unreasonable to expect a refund. So now I'm out the money.

Poor quality - dry meats, forgot to pack our side dishes, help seemed to not care - very grumpy. Tried to buy a bottle of sauce but it all had expired date. Closed on the 10/19 for some reason.

Firstly the food was lovely! No complaints there. The time to get the food took 50mins, and I ordered ahead online! Only 3 other customers in the restaurant- this was 5.45pm Sat July 30th. The male and female staff were the most miserable service workers I have ever met! If you don’t like the job- LEAVE! I know the owner also owns the store down in Walmart-this is far better! Message to the franchisee, please get rid of the staff, in the 50 mins of waiting for my food you lost 5 customers that walked in and left due to the delay.

Today the food was absolutely unedible. Chicken was dry, brisket was dry. Rolls were hard as a rock. Waste of over $30. I will not be going back again. I don’t like playing Russian roulette. I decline to speak to the social media team. I see the same reviews over and over and over again. I have never eaten there when the rolls were not hard as a rock. People are posting the same thing And all you get is a cut and paste reply

Horrible customer service experience. Back in September, I called in an order and pre-paid by phone. I got a call a few minutes later stating that they couldn’t fulfill my order because they were out of an item. I asked to cancel the order and apparently the person who takes the order can’t cancel it and she had to wait for a manager who’d be in the following day (I was told) and he would process the refund. That never happened. I waited a week and never received a refund and then when I’d call, I would get the runaround and told that the manager wasn’t in or “he’s a busy guy” but my receipt was on his desk to process. That never happened. I had to dispute the charge through my bank and only then was I refunded (through no help of Dickey’s).I will NEVER go back to this location. Poor customer service and lazy, dishonest incompetent management. Not the kind of establishment I care to support.EDIT: In response to Ann who replied to my review, please get off of my comment with your fake care and concern. What you’re doing is nothing more than a feeble performative attempt to save face because you have multiple negative reviews. If you all truly cared, I would have been promptly refunded to begin with. Do better.

Good food, pleasant staffUpdate 1/2022When they opened, they were fantastic. After that, I can't think of a time my order didn't have some kind of problem.. Missing a side, half full side, completely out of brisket (at 5:30pm), no corn cupcakes.. for months? The food is still good, I just can't bring myself to pay so much for such a poor experience. I'm sure I'll be back again in a couple years.

half the order missing, didn't have the meats correct and the baker tasted gross they forgot all the BBQ sauce, no roll and took 2 hrs and 2 dashers because they didn't make our food. spent $75 and the half we got was not even eaten

3 of the 4 sides were wrong. charged for side of BBQ sauce that I never got. Ordered Texas toast, got lame biscuits. Checked the boxes for onions and pickles for both platters and got none.

We have ordered four times now and have yet to get the food we wanted. Store routinely runs out of brisket, and seems to randomly substitute meats no matter what you ask them to do. Tonight we didn’t get brisket, randomly got sausage (repulsive) after asking for turkey, the sides were both the wrong size wrong item. I’m no longer willing to bother with this place and recommend you not either.
