Got two breakfast sandwiches to go and they were EXTRA toasty we found out in the car. Tasted pretty burnt. We tried here instead of the Cactus Grill because the breakfast sandwiches were half price. Will now spend twice the price and get the larger and amazing sandwiches at the grill on our trips. We figure they get a lot of customers who never return, so their quality control is subpar.

The donuts weren't fresh they were hard,the service was very poor no excuse for poor service when the employees are standing around in the kitchen area paying no attention to the front counter to notice a customer standing there patiently to be waited on and this was and issue at the outside window ordering station as well as inside my visit time was at 5:51 pm on 06/22/25 check number 5959

The employees were absorbed in their own conversations, oblivious to customers waiting. I stood by patiently, but they continued to disregard me. Finally, I gave up and walked away.

On a Monday... no customers.. the two worker were so unpleasant... like you aren't busy at all to be so short, mean to customers... and I'm just sitting here seeing them interact with the one customer that has come by in the past 15 minutes.. it's like you are here to get paid to do a job , if you don't like it just don't come

As of this writing, the hours listed are wrong. Dunkin' has extended their hours to 7pm daily. I got coffee twice and also an order of bagel bites. Everything tasted exactly the same as any other Dunkin'. I appreciate the convenience of this location and service was friendly on each of my visits.

Updated review still horrible here. I've been coming to this hotel for years and every time I go to Dunkin donuts they almost always mess up on my simple orders, and when I ask the employees behind the counter about it they always lie to my face with attitude. I'm so sick and tired of the horrible customer service there. The young ladies behind the counter here are the worst. They act like they hate their jobs, they hate their life, and they hate every customer who comes up to order. This needs to stop.
